They have a spot called south farms that's controlled by wildlife and fisheries but it open to the public u can crawfish at. It's a bunch of crawfish ponds u should go try

I’ll check that out.

We submerge our pillow traps on public land and also use black poly rope pretty incognito. We have luck with dog food in a stocking and deer liver .Could always paint those tops

Alot of people have a lot of Suggestions in the comments , but Vin is the only one with a Channel. Ill just follow the advice vin gives.

Awsome viseo you got to stir the water up after sitting the net get the water all muddy and kick the crawfish out the mud and stir all up in the grass to get the crawfish out of the grass. My kids found a spot to crawfish in belle chasses tgey went out yesterday and caught about 25 to 30 pounds they went last weekend and caught a little over a sack of crawfish.

Hey Vinnie trying to get a crawfish boil we always use d crawfish melts they work the best, we would make 1 inch strips we also sold stir the mud under the nets before we put them down that little swirl in the mud would carry the scent tks for the video old man tricks

Next time u go to clean water bring a rake and scratch around where u put ya net makes it a lil deeper and clouds the water up a bit worked for us not sure if it'll help🤷🏼

Thanks. We tried stirring up some mud around a couple traps but it settled quick. Of course we didn’t put a whole lot of effort in it. Lol

Dude before you set the net whip your pick up pole to turn the water muddy. You would have cought 5 time the crawfish that you did with muudy water.
