I’m really digging the flashbacks to years past that you’ve done here and in the last video! It is amazing to see how far you’ve come and how well all the plants are doing! For those of us that have been following along since the beginning, it’s a good reminder. Looking forward to the coming years to be able to see how the rest of your gardens develop and grow! Have a great day everyone!!

🌸Good morning everyone, what a treat to see the transformation take shape in the garden beds. Beautiful begonias, Laura. I’m headed to the greenhouse today to get some soil for my containers. Can’t wait to get my patio in shape for the season here in southeast Michigan. I have an apartment so can’t do much, but it’s amazing the impact even just a few things can make! I learned that from Laura and Aaron. Happy gardening everyone ☕️💚💜🌼💚💜

Hi Laura, Really enjoying the looking back theme; yesterday, the east pots over the years and today, the west side. The changes and options depicted in your garden is so interesting. Funny to be reminded and we say, “Oh ya, I remember when she did that!” Probably a headache for Ken to find all of the past clips, but so enriching as a tool to teach your audience…like you, many of us are “so visual”…maybe a common trait amongst gardeners. Thanks!

Thank you for reminding us all to take photographs of our new, sparse, baby gardens. Even as painful as it is sometimes to fully enjoy a space you have grand, future mature goals for, the patient gardener knows this takes time. What a delight to look back and truly see the growth! Question: How would you handle a mostly shady spot in a 10A/9B garden that only gets its partial sun in the hot, Southwest facing, heat of the afternoon? I find that many part shade to partial sun plant options suggest only morning sun/afternoon shade. Thanks again for all you guys do and for sharing your creative journey with us!

Hi Laura and Aaron, I am Esma watching your channel for almost 4 years from Turkey/İzmir. I adore your videos/style/ narration and benefit a lot from your knowledge in my gardening experience. Initially, I had a garden but now I only have a roof top terrace garden with lots of pots in my new place. I am checking your posts and those of several other gardeners from US as well as Gardener’s World/BBC regularly. To be honest with you, I am looking forward to seeing two things in your recent posts: first, your design and planting in your spot in front of your house towards the south garden where there is only a fountain and just a few transplanted things for now and secondly, the finalized version of your patio next to the Hartley. Correction: three things indeed: the finalisation of the serpentine patio in the south garden as well.😂 Hope that we’ll see them soon 😅Warm greetings far from the other side of Atlantic

Last year, I grew begonias for the first time (I bought a seed packet and gave them a try) and they won me over! They are the tuberous type, so I can save them from year to year!

@@annehedlund7333 Thank you! I just did my last immunotherapy infusion last week. I am still on oral chemo until Sept. Then reconstruction surgery. It is quite a process and has many steps.

Enjoying the flash back of the last couple of videos. Gives me some perspective about trees I’m planting now and time frames for potential growth. Thanks for that!
