Great overview and review! I haven't seen Planted (or Summer Camp) in any of theTarget stores we've stopped at in the 1st half of our road trip, but hopefully we'll see it in the next 3000 miles 😉

I got it off amazon, 2 day shipping with prime. The game is cute, love the pieces. Especially the water drops

Thanks for the comments. I think it was for only the first week, but Target had it for $20 before raising it to $29.99

Looks like a great entry game! I'm hoping it becomes available in Canada soon, although I know these Target-specific games don't always make their way outside of the US. Hopefully that's not the case here! Thanks for the video

I managed to get Summer Camp (same designer and also Target exclusive) on Amazon US shipped to Canada. I would say keep watching there.

Awesome! Thanks for watching. Some other great plant themed games - Canopy, verdant, Floriferous, I hear Power Plants is good but haven't tried it yet, and Gartenbau is a great one we just did recently.

@@Love2HateBGreviews awesome! We played Herbaceous which is the herb version of Floriferous and it was a blast! We played Planted as well and had fun but wound up playing more like a team and trading plants and resources so our plant collections would be healthy.😂 Thanks for the recommendations for more!

They're both pretty good but I think I like planted more just because it's a little more straightforward and easier to get to the table, plus the resources in planted are top notch!

Yeah 2 player is good. But as is the case with a lot of games the more players you have the more action and competition there is, so it'll be better with more players. But it's not bad at only 2 players.

You mention that it is $20 in the US...I am seeing it for $29.99 which I would count as $30. Did you find it cheaper somehow?

That's very interesting because for the first 3 weeks this game was out it was only $20. But you're right, it shows as $29.99 now for some reason

When I bought it, a week or so ago, it was 20 in the store but 30 online. Today it was 30 in the store.

We just picked up a copy in a Target store for 19.99. However we did find that the product price tag on the shelf was at 19.99 but the game scanned and rang up at the register as 29.99. Target of course honoured the advertised price once we showed them the picture of the price tag with the correct sku number and all that.

Bought a copy today at Target for $20. It rang up as $30, but the aisle placard said $20, which the cashier honored. I'm guessing that there's a puzzle out there also put out by Buffalo Games titled House Plants, which Target is confusing Planted with.

Pretty soon that "non gamer" will review and play more games and be a "real gamer" lol thanks for the review
