This looks gorgeous and delicious!! Food like this always makes me happy but my poor old tumtum not so much from time to time... Any tips on how to combat the bloat with high fiber meals? I want to eat as much nutritional foods without the discomfort:) Thanks so much

High fiber foods will usually always cause bloating, the best way to reduce bloating would be increasing your water intake. Fiber is not digested by the body, that’s why it makes you feel fuller longer since it never gets broken down. To help “flush it down”, water it needed. The more fiber you consume, the more water you will need.

Wow thanks for the quick answer! Will definitely try that:) I already drink quite a lot of water, sometimes it also makes me feel like it gives me a water belly... But perhaps together with a lot of fiber it will work out! Never hurts to try out an easy trick💚

Hey there, it would be best to slowly increase your fibre in meals until you become more use to it and comfortable. Theguthealthmd on instagram is great and his book fibre fuelled.

@@Purple117 OK technically true, but what I meant was maybe its not a good idea to eat two carb sources together i.e. sweet potato, quinoa or rice. Just eat one per meal.

This is extremely carb heavy and lacking veggies.
Lots of oxalates in this recipe...in the sweet potato, quinoa, soya...beware...
