My husband had stage 3 kidney disease 4 years ago. We went plant based, and his kidney disease was gone in 6 months! 4 years later his kidneys are functioning perfectly.

I learned about plant base diet thru my church as a Seventh Day Adventist who were plant base for years. I used to be 260 lbs and unhealthy. But on a PBD I enjoyed losing weight and looking younger and it was in the Bible Genesis 1:29, Daniel 1:12-17, It’s awesome 👏

“Return to Me” is a great movie about a woman who receives a heart transplant (Minnie Driver stars in it), and she receives some personality traits from the doner. It always seemed like a real possibility.

Thank you Chef AJ and Dr. Joshi. I have hyperparathyroid disease which has caused CKD 3A- have had 2 adenomas removed and at least one more is an adenoma but can’t be found. Under great care and continuing the plant based diet I’ve been on for over 10 years.

I was plant based 15 yrs and was doing fine. But a dr wanted me to go carnivore. Only 6 months I’ve developed kidney disease, hyperthyroidism and pre diabetes. I’m back plant based a few weeks but I’m concerned I’ve really destroyed my body😢

To be honest here... Sounds like you developed these devastating health conditions prior to your carnivore experiment of which lasted only a few months .

Just to be sure, you are getting all the essential amino acids your body does not make, consult with a dietician who believes in a vegetarian diet. Dana West RD in Huntsville, Arkansas is one such. Individuals with food allergies or sensitivities can be more prone to deficiencies if their menus are not well chosen.Thre way we prepare food also can give us problem.
