Heres a hard fact for this job role no.matter what you do some calls will bother you for the rest of your life nothing can erase that but like she mentioned things in life keep you away from those calls and its all they can do what would we do with out them.

Good video overall. But she seemed so non-energetic and didn't make feel like, "yes! become a 911 taker" She made me feel tired and exhausted. But, i get it; maybe she really is really tired. I'd say next time, if you choose someone to represent the call center, make sure they get some rest before having to do a video.
