Just a suggestion and I am not judging but as a practicing Muslim women we are not allow to wear nail polish because when we make wudu the water doesn't touch the nails maybe its you time of the month that's why you are wearing them. I buy my daughter toys almost every time we go out - she prefers the box of the toy, she prefers plastic bottles, the remote control, and everything that isn't a toy!

When they turn one it’s just bittersweet. My daughter is a little over 13 months and the stage she is in is the best. They become more interactive and loving, it’s the best. 🥰 I am so excited to see Alaina’s birthday, my daughters first birthday was during Ramadan so we didn’t really do anything big but I did a diy smash cake photo shoot and loved how it turned out. I already know you’ll be taking a lot of photos which is going to be so exciting to see!

Haha you just reminded me of my daughter when she was Alaina's age she used to snap 😂 the cutest.. love it!

For my daughter’s first birthday I created a game to ask guests what they know most about her, and it’s like questions and answers , we also did a frame with her milestones, her birthday theme was ballet and swan , colours were in gold blush pink and white , feathers were the accessories, and I did on the side a table with her first year story, outfits ( from hospital when born, her each month photos, first shoes, her foot print and hand print , ...) my parents couldn’t attend, so we did a video for her with their wishes in the background .. so she can have it even when she’s older, we also included favours for the young kids who had pool party for their age ..

Time flies so fast. ☺️

i saw this on pinterest a lot- a pair of slacks/jeans (with wide legs/wider bottom part), a light coloured blouse on top (you just let it hang over your pants) and then a spaghetti top in a darker colour over the blouse. so the blouse sticks out under the spaghetti top- i wonder if that works? otherwise dresses work well ofc. also what could work is a tunic on top, i have seen really elegant styles on pinterest. with a tunic you gotta find a good style or you will look like you came out of 2011 tho-

If you use fabric softener in your towels they will shed and not be as absorbent, and you will feel the shedding on your skin. I also use a little ammonia with the detergent in the was to disinfect them. Best wishes to you and family.
