I have watched you before but this time you really spoke to my heart. I want to get my life back in order. I have let it fall apart since my mom passed away last October. I need to get back on track. I have never used your method before. It really spoke to me that this is what I need in my life. Direct me to the video that will teach me this method. This really sat on my heart so I wanted to say something. I have grown so tired of so many of my favorite content creators having to placate to the humans that have nothing better to do than criticize. I know you only used a few minutes at the beginning of the video to address a bit a negativity you'd received in the past, but it irked me because the negativity shouldn't be there to begin with. The scripting method works, period! Why? because at its most boiled down definition it accounts the whole YOU and all that you reign over...super simple. If a to-list is a fast-food cook then the scripting method is a Michelin Star chef...that's it and that's all.

End Result. Yes!! Wow, I need this on repeat. Going to pause video and go make dinner (as I had scripted last night). LOL!

We call it yoyo. You're on your own. Fine sometimes. But you are spot on. My "fun" days are so much more enjoyable if I plan and prepare instead of catch up the next day.
