Whoa, these are amazing ideas! I didn’t know most of them. You only mentioned it in passing, but holding down Z to adjust the curve of a barrier piece blew my mind. That’s exactly what I’ve been needing. This video should have way more likes than it does.

I’m here a year later and this barrier/fence and track/fence thing is blowing my mind!!! Thank you, this will save me hours!

One I use is to use the waterfall habitat enrichment item as a waterfall. I build rocks and flora around it and it is more realistic than using the waterfall props- special effects.

Some really clever ideas! I will definitely be using some of these techniques in my game. Thanks!

Using the barrier for fencing--Ooh! That could also improve the look of one of the low-height habitats. Thank you for the animation tips, too. Tried out some of your tips from the barriers video and they work very well.

I've been playing this game all this time and dealing with fences.. 08:30 While playing yesterday, I thought such a feature would be great in the game and turns out we already have it... 😅😅

haha yeah sometimes its that way

I still have issues with the paths etc. building is so complicated lol, I have issues with connecting the ticket entrance to paths when building a custom entrance sometimes.

That was exactly my thinking! but it turns out many people either skip or don´t get it from the timelapses. Hence this seems to be very helpful now =)

I have no idea why I didn't think about using the barriers as path/garden fencing. I haven't tried it yet but would the elephant grass (common reeds) buried in the paths direct or block the peeps?

nope, it only works as a block for everything INSIDE a habitat (excluding guests)

Hello ! Bravo and thank you for these very useful tips! I have a question about bins (and benches): is there a way to place them precisely? So far, I am almost annoyed because the bins and benches are "magnetized" by the paths and I don't know how to place them exactly where I want! If you have the answer, I'm interested!

unfortunately, they always have a magnetic drag to the sides of the path. if its wide enough, you can put them basically anywhere in the middle of the path.
