I've worked at a zoo and aquarium and let me tell you...theres always some people that disregard these and just walk past them. So annoying 🙄🙃

Finally, I can make all my landscape architecture dreams come true. What happens if you make the fountain a focal point? Will people start to congregate toward that area of the plaza?

you could make it with a vistapoint yes! and they would all stand there and watch haha

I hope that we can get some sort of staff-only barrier at some point. The staff paths in this game are honestly so ugly but you can’t use normal paths because guests will go back there.

Yeah but there are some ways to hide the ugly staff path

As long as you make the bit of path that connects to the main path staff guests won't go down it. Then you can just hide that piece, if you like.

I've found the curbs help with directing people away from "negative impact" areas that are just slightly hanging over the pathways.

This is going to be a life changer. I recently started playing Planet Zoo and the path system has such a big learning curve. Being able to make large areas of path and then block parts off with the kerbs instead of trying to finagle the path system to do what I want will make my life so much easier. Thank you!

This will do wonders for my zoo with every animal in it. People just go where ever they want instead of along the routes and paths I had originally planned. This update in general is going to help so much. Can’t wait to get in game and try it out.

Pathing has always been the hardest part of designing for me because of how the paths work in game, I feel I'll have a much easier time getting what I picture in my head into the game now!! 😁

Love these tutorials. I was struggling the other day using walls for custom habitat barriers. Snapping to grid when I didn't want them to, things like that. Do you have a tutorial for that?

Ich habe den GESAMTEN Tag damit verbracht, so etwas wie in diesem Video zu bauen, bin aber kläglich gescheitert. @@RudiRennkamel I would say design aspects for me. I strive to be as good as you and how you use trees and put them underground to make bushes and use other parts of things to create something new and unexpected. It would be hard to show but very cool. But really just basics. Whether it’s tips and tricks or how to build your first enclosure. Love the videos ❤️

nice addition, but seriously they should just do planco and planzoo pathing just like in prehistoric kingdom, cause the pathing there is just insanely sweet, and also the tree placement i hope we got option where we can just paint with the ground with trees just like in jurassic world or prehistoric kingdom

Hey! Cool tutorial, just what i needed! One question please: the plaza area was made with some floor object and a simple path under that? I always tried to do this with the grid snap path but it was impossible to join it to facilities and other non-grid paths after

How is he moving the pieces and having them maintain the same height underground?

I wish Planet Zoo had paintable zoning like other games. So you just paint a whole area with invisible Guest Access, Staff Access, All Access or No Access zones

Finally we can stop guests from walking through flowerbeds!!

So they will travel freely in one direction over a curb, but not the other direction? Unless there is no where else to go, then they will slow but still go both?

wish there was a "null" kerb and barrier

why not just use align to grid and make squares , so much easier
