I’m posting on YT to an audience of guys in their 30’s who want to get in better physical and financial shape. I am speaking to guys who want to level up and achieve the goals they set when they were younger.

Content creation can really ruin your life because it is so much work. The same thing happened to me. 3 months of doctor visits, emergency room visits, panic attacks. Got into a deep dark hole of depression and anxiety and I took more than 2 years off because I was worried I would go through the same. Working on it right now but I don't want to fall into that dark hole and I want to enjoy my life!!

Holy cow, you've blown my mind. I feel like I'm a pretty organized person, but I didn't realize how much I was letting my fear of: what if it doesn't work out? - get in my way. Watching your video has given me the process and structure that I need so I can just follow it, commit to it and see what happens. I was letting my fear stop me from getting organized enough to create content. But you've laid out so clearly how to just plug in and go - that there's no more excuses. I can see how I was letting my fear be bigger than me. I feel like I can trust the process with this, uh, process lol that you've given us. Just time to execute and have fun! Thank yoooooouuu!!!! wow!! this is amazing!

I’m here because I’m creating content for my business and it has me in a rut the amount of work it is for editing , creating, etc. on top of running a business, I’m also in college and a full time stay at home mommy . I’m completely burnt out so I’m hoping gain some knowledge that can help ease the burden it feels like .

I just want to say thank you for giving specific real world examples and showing step by step how to do apply tactics to them. So many social media experts on youtube just throw out word salad that I don't understand because I have no experience in marketing, the real world examples make it clear.

I literally just subbed. I’ve been watching u for a while and ur tips helped me grow. But nothing u have ever said has been more relatable than panic attacks. I’ve been riddled with them all the first half of the year until I did the 75Hard challenge and deleted my posts (not the acct I’m not crazy😭). But I absolutely am here bcz I have made major changes and haven’t had an attack in weeks. As I’m ramping up to come back I need a a strategic plan to not spiral like early 2023. Thank you for your transparency and support before I even finish this watching this video twice bcz I’m writing this as it plays for the first time! SERIOUSLY THX U!
