1. throw **** at the wall 2. the first 30--40 characters are the most important 3. put your call to action in the pinned comments of your video 4. use emojis in your title 5. desktop is key 6. you can only select a thumbnail for your shorts via phone 7. using google trends to discover what is trending on youtube 8. maintain the audience's viewer retention 9. make sure they watch until the end 10. adapting to trends 11. educate yourself

Being a KZreadr is very similar to running a business. You should upload thing people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. When the growth is real, you should consider hiring people with different skills (editors, script writers...) and continue to maintain a channel image that your viewers have in mind when they see your video. The most difficult part is starting and I have to say that if I hadn't found out about Famester, I would probably not be able to write this comment today.

I haven't watched any content creation type videos in months but I've been wanting to get into YT Shorts recently so I needed to be educated. You were the first person to pop in my head to teach me! Thought I'd let you know that whatever you're doing is definitely working as your name is now synonymous with creator help at least in my brain! 😀

for me i got me a monetized youtube channel with over 20k from viral npc marketplace (it is now 30K) and im now earning like an old youtuber haha. good video btw

Hey Shannon! Just to preface, I am still new to the KZread space and am definitely still in the R&D part of my KZread career. Anyway, I hope you don't mind, but I did a quick look at your channel and I noticed your videos have good quality, but they aren't getting the traction I feel you deserve. You may want to try something like VidIQ or some other software to help you increase your SEO. I didn't see a lot of tags or keywords in your description that I think could help you get noticed by the algorithm. Also, I'm not getting paid to say this. This is just me being friendly with other channels so I can learn from this space with you guys! Stay blessed!

A quick tip- you can edit even after the video is uploaded on the phone thru the KZread creator studio app., it’s super easy to use.. like add hashtags description etc.
