//GEAR I USE
📸 Cameras:
---------------------------------------------------
I get a lot of questions about the cameras I use. Here are my main cameras:
• [GoPro Hero 11](amzn.to/3q8Fpzw)
This is the most durable camera. It withstands the elements and can go places other cameras can’t. There are so many accessories available for GoPro cameras which makes them endlessly customizable and versatile.
• [DJI Pocket 2](amzn.to/3rLGGwT)
This little handheld camera is very easy to pack and carry with you because of its size.
🔋 Other useful tech:
---------------------------------------------------
• [DJI OM 6](amzn.to/3Y5LnxL)
• [GoPro Suction Cup Mount](amzn.to/3DqLMkN)
• [GoPro Enduro Battery](amzn.to/3K9BnOr)
• [Anker USB-C Cable](amzn.to/3Kb5Rzg)
• [Anker USB-C Power Bank](amzn.to/3OopBSM)
• [Samsung Micro SD Card 512 GB](amzn.to/3DmszAZ)
• [Sandisk 2TB SSD Portable SSD](amzn.to/43D57tJ)
✈️ Travel gear I like:
---------------------------------------------------
• [Peak Design Travel Duffel](amzn.to/3Q9fgv7)
• [Bellroy Lite Duffel](amzn.to/44Yssai)
• [Peak Design Tech Pouch](amzn.to/3DoKNBB)
• [Bellroy Tech Kit](amzn.to/3DrjXsQ)
• [Yeti Cooler](amzn.to/3DthePz)
🎧 Audiobooks:

My family moved to Plainview Texas. In the winter of 1977. We left and went back to Arizona sometime in 1982. I must admit the Old Town Plainview where I came of age. I was not born in Plainview but I did come of age there. Looks way different than what it did 40 years ago. But I have a lot of great memories of my youth having lived there that I would not trade for anything in this world. Many of my family who were there at the time of passed on now. But we can always cherish the memories even though we can never go back again to those old times

Life goes on. For many Plainview is a blessing and can be very hard to cut ties. Many get stuck with that mentality of small town for one to be a teen and have that magical fun one seems to crave when young. Even when one gets older. Lots of adultery lots of drugs use lots of naiveness. Cool town if one falls into those categories. Those who stay behind are tied to the town through roots or obligations to families or themselves. It can be hard to start all over again for one when they are set to a career in the town, or already established after so many years. You have to be young and motivated to get out of that town. If you do, and manage to stay away for a few years then you got it made. Plainview is a cool town but if hanging with wrong crowd it can be long term root for trouble. Good old boy town, law isn’t nice when sentencing one for bad actions or behaviors. They don’t play.

Years after I lived in Plainview Texas with my family from 1977 to 1982. Many years later I wound up living in Tyler Texas for a few years. Would be real nice if you could do a drive around Tyler Texas I'd like to see you drive around Tyler Texas again for a while. I used to do that myself when I live there. Some days when I was off work I just put gas in the car but if you drinks in a ice chest and just go driving around
