I just followed this guide except I let a few symptoms just evolve early. Necrosis came up when I waiting for points for pneumonia and I just left it. my final stats were victory in 326 days with 22% cure and 143,910 points. Could have been faster if Greenland and Sweden had gotten infected earlier.

TIP: don't evolve each symptom immediately, leave a few dna spare at all times for emergency devolving. I evolved a symptom, was left with 0 dna, and the virus immediately mutated fever, and I couldn't gain enough dna points by the time people already started dying.

At first you go for rash, sweating and skin lesions (symptoms) than you need to evolve air & water to maximum (transmission, important for greenland). Then drug resistance 1+2, then go for cold resistance 1+2 and after that upgrade coughing left lane down to the third one. When you have two billion infected, go for necrosis and organ failure. Manage the rest with eyes on infectivity. Thats it, gg!
