Saw them live somewhere in North London in 1994 before they even had an album out, not gay but been in love with them ever since, especially Brian whom I perceive as a twin-brother that I never had, travelled from Sarajevo to Zagreb last year with a broken spine to see them again, would give everything just to spend a night on a couch with Placebo, smoking joints, jamming with guitars and some small percussions and throwing poetry at each other all night. Sweet addiction indeed, oh yeah!

Why can‘t I give 100 likes? This song should be played on every concert. I want to go home and know that I‘m not alone with my opinion that the world deserves to be a better place.

This song feels like some kind of liberation. Usually, their songs are about depression and drugs, they're fragile and the singer sounds wounded. As if in a depression where your thoughts only circle about your own misery. Even songs that are about other people like "infrared" sound very cold and self-controlled. But this song is deferent. The writer cares about what is happening around and Brian screams his anger out loudly. Sounds like a really healthy development.

I, maybe some other people, am returning back on previous years' concerts and warm up for the forthcoming summer festival. The sad thing is that when a Placebo concert comes to its finish, I feel something is chemically unstable and wrong in my body, maybe a quick diminish of the extra body's doses of cortisol would do good or an increase in body's dopamine .. anyway, one or the other's quantity needs to be fixed. And fully agreed YES: best perfect version of this song that I also managed to find. I remember perfectly as it is was yesterday, the begin before they kicked-off the song was 1000% adrenaline pumping in the veins. The seconds were like hours of waiting, and also, what is that drum tempo playing since a minute or two.. ? Then when the song started, some people were looking at each other and wondering "where does this song come from". Sadly enough, it was present on a very limited version of "Battle for the Sun" . Which is impossible to get till today. And some might not like what I will write but "wave them LIKE you give a fuck" could have a completely different meaning. Brian is very very ironic. with the selection of the word "LIKE" , chances are very high that he means "(pretend) as if you give a fuck". Which if it is MAYBE the case, makes the song even more intense.
