Александр Силин если понимаешь аглицкий, то все очень просто. Ты переводишь тут же, что сказал человек. Тем более Брайан говорит довольно медленно, так что это ещё проще.

Я понимаю английский. Но понимать и тут же правильно переводить это не одно и тоже, тем более если за раз было сказано многое. Ты понимаешь, что Брайан говорит без перевода? Попробуй для кого-нибудь из знакомых реплики из кино по переводить.

I really like that Brian spoke on the topic of "the nature of reality and linear time" as well as his mention of creative expression through music as "A form of self therapy" at 1:01:11.. And the true Latina definition of Placebo was described by Stefan at 1:11. Brilliant and genuine!! This is why Placebo fans are so loyal.

I didn't know Brian was so interested in Philosophy...Great.

It comes across more like he's doing an interview he would rather not do with a lot of faff on the translator, and no doubt because it's for a country that's laws frown upon them and their beliefs rather than him being 'high'. He's clearly taking the piss half the time in a very English way, and it's tragic how people outside the UK misread that humour.

This interview was in Russia and for Russia. Why should he speak English? It was live stream, so the event planners could not make subs in Russian and just leave the talk without translation.

I wonder whether they know about the widespread homophobia in Russia and about ridiculous laws against "homosexual propaganda". They may well be accused of it because of such songs as Nancy Boy and many more. Brian usually has been quite outspoken about gay rights issues so I am curious what is his stance on the situation in Russia.

Haven't seen such a bigot on the internet yet. One of the reasons Placebo visit Russia so often is because of homophobia. However, since you are so media-driven and haven't got a clue: Placebo are extremely popular in Russia, even people born in the beginning of 2000 know who they are. Don't put labels on people just because of what their government does. Stop listening to CNN and get a life.
