Fucking time machine man. I grew with them literally followed from placebo self title and I was living in oklahoma (it is ok to be sorry) at the time, so discovering this kind of music was difficult

@@LeniFromMemento think it was summer of 1997 but placebo placebo was still their first album and they were on tour I caught them performing a show live on an alternative Canadian music station that they happen to be showing on Cable one day so it was totally by luck in a lot of ways. MM was my best Discovery before that but everybody in America knew about them after Antichrist SS. Oh and I caught that concert supporting the Antichrist Superstar album which was the Pinnacle of Marilyn Manson's career. Placebo was my go-to band but no one in Oklahoma was listening to at the time. When they did their 20 year tour recently I was really disappointed to see America was cut out of that totally on 2016 because I thought I was going to get a chance to make up for not seeing them in 1990s.

Those times.
