Bonsoir, en 2007, j'écoutais placebo ainsi que U2 ( dont je suis fan depuis 1979). BREF, j'ai découvert PLACEBO en 1997 en 1ère partie de U2 au parcs des Princes à Paris. POUR etre honnête, les 80 M2 de passionnés de U2 autour de moi, n’arrêtaient de siffler Placebo; j'étais révolté, ils donnaient au public , fan de U2 , les bons morceaux de leur 1 er album.. ..! J hurlais autour de moi, de ne pas siffler car PLACEBO deviendrait un très grand groupe dans le futur..............................JE NE SUIS PAS TROMPE :) :D :D

Aujourd'hui, pr mes 60 ans on m'a offert une place pr la Maine square à Arras le 4 juillet...j'en ai eu larme à l'œil. C'était mon ami qui me l'avait fait connaître , on était accro tous les deux notre reve était de le voir en concert...mais mon amii est décédé l'an dernier, je vais y aller seule, j'en suis super heureuse mais je sais que ça va ère dure aussi car mon amour fred ne sera pas là...😢

Com souvent, tous les soirs je t'écoute placebo.. malgré de gros problèmes épuisée physiquement, moralement, le décès de mon amour il y a 1 an , ç lui qui m'a fait découvrir le groupe. Enfin il vient en France au festival Arras main square. J'ai ma place pr y aller , heureuse mais triste en même temps car serait seule sans mon ❤ décédé

Wow what a treat! first time i see this gig! Amazing Brian with his mesmerizing voice.. I've seen them live twice in London, and was quite a different vibe each time. sometimes when I rewatch some old live footage or discover ones I didn’t watched during those days - 1 question seems to pop in my head noticeably more often than any other: who of three members of the band is actually responsible for driving “Every Me” to this almost unreasonable rush mostly on every occasion around 2001-2009 to the point where even the rhythm section seems to be messing up several times (like in drum fills between sections) during the song, chaotically varying tempo, etc. it’s like when I see it listed in the set I almost unconsciously ask myself “i wonder how awkward this take will be?” - and you know, the consistency of its ability to exceed my expectations of awkwardness through the years is beyond anything looool. this said, most of the times, everything else in the performance may be just top-notch in quality - like with this set. but just not this 1 damn song (which to be fair is one of the least demanding for all of 3 members in terms of every part - guitars, bass, drums - being fairly easy to get right even comparing to the most of the band’s catalog). what’s the point of ruining it every time they play it? this is the mystery I can’t just can’t get for 10+ years already at this point

if you look carefully, there are lots of videos longer than 1 hour.. check the rock am ring ones, for example (2006: 1h13', 2009: 1h25')

Look at 13:20, end of Every Me and Every You. Brian walks off stage in a white striped shirt. Without You I'm Nothing starts and Brian is wearing a BLACK shirt. Are these different sets? When the Beginning notes of WYIN are heard, the band is not actually playing. What happened here? Wardrobe malfunction?

It's not the full set (you can find the setlist at setlistfm). So maybe the "mistake" of the shirt happened at the TV station while editing the show for its transmission.

sometimes when I rewatch some old live footage or discover ones I didn’t watched during those days - 1 question seems to pop in my head noticeably more often than any other: who of three members of the band is actually responsible for driving “Every Me” to this almost unreasonable rush mostly on every occasion around 2001-2009 to the point where even the rhythm section seems to be messing up several times (like in drum fills between sections) during the song, chaotically varying tempo, etc. it’s like when I see it listed in the set I almost unconsciously ask myself “i wonder how awkward this take will be?” - and you know, the consistency of its ability to exceed my expectations of awkwardness through the years is beyond anything looool. this said, most of the times, everything else in the performance may be just top-notch in quality - like with this set. but just not this 1 damn song (which to be fair is one of the least demanding for all of 3 members in terms of every part - guitars, bass, drums - being fairly easy to get right even comparing to the most of the band’s catalog). what’s the point of ruining it every time they play it? this is the mystery I can’t just can’t get for 10+ years already at this point

if you look carefully, there are lots of videos longer than 1 hour.. check the rock am ring ones, for example (2006: 1h13', 2009: 1h25')
I think the last shows he did with them were on that U.S tour with Linkin Park and M.C.R. Sorry, can't think of tha name of that tour right now! damn it !

Anybody understood the meaning of 20 Years to Go?
Look at 13:20, end of Every Me and Every You. Brian walks off stage in a white striped shirt. Without You I'm Nothing starts and Brian is wearing a BLACK shirt. Are these different sets? When the Beginning notes of WYIN are heard, the band is not actually playing. What happened here? Wardrobe malfunction?

It's not the full set (you can find the setlist at setlistfm). So maybe the "mistake" of the shirt happened at the TV station while editing the show for its transmission.
It was one of the last shows with Hewitt am i correct?

J'espère en juillet sa venue en France au festival du. Main square Arras il va envoyé la sauce avc de bonnes reprises même si d'anciens titres connus. Son dernier albulm, Nevers let me go, pas trop aimé à part 2 ou 3 morceaux.
