PIXY is going to be one of those "light and dark" concept groups, because within fae lore pixies are either light, care-free, mischievous beings, or they can be dark, trickster, evil creatures. BUT OH MY GOD AM I SO FUCKING HERE FOR IT. ELLA'S HIGH NOTES LIVE ARE LITERALLY TO DIE FOR. SATBYEOL AND LOLA'S RAP TRADE OFFS GIVE ME FUCKING CHILLS. DIA AND SUA AND DAJEONG'S LIVE VOCALS ARE SO STRONG AND ALL OF THE GIRLS FUCKING DANCE CAPABILITY AND STAGE PRESENCE ARE JUST SO UNREAL. The one thing I LOOOOOVE about this song more than anything is honestly that it's really not like...The usual choreography that we see in most kpop. It's theatrical movement, it's over the top on a lot of parts because it's meant to be because they're telling the story through the choreo and I LOVE that ALLART opted to use more story based choreo than what is kind of expected. Side Note: 3YE is seriously one of the most underrated, underappreciated girl groups on the entire planet, and being a huge fan of theirs it makes me so sad that they really don't get more recognition because they deserve it so much.

I was going on a binge watching your videos and I saw that u have a lot of reactions to Seventeen, and since you’ve recently gotten into Mamamoo, I highly recommend watching their collab stage. They did an arrangement of You’re the Best and Clap together, then Mamamoo performed a 1 min ver of Very Nice and Seventeen did a 1 min ver of Egotistic. I think that this collab really showcases Mamamoo’s dancing abilities since they did a Seventeen choreo, which we all know are incredibly hard. Mamamoo (especially Wheein) are actually fans of Seventeen and said so many times in past clips. They got a lot of hate for it and stopped expressing their appreciation for them but it was known that they really liked their music, and Seventeen have covered Delcalcomanie, so I think it’s safe to say they like Mamamoo as well. You obviously don’t have to react to it but if you could watch it in your free time you’d see it’s very worth it. There is not video longer than 2 min of it, so you’d have to watch them seperately instead of all together (Idk why they released them like that but like I said it’s worth it) Sorry for the long comment. I think I’ve listened to this at least once a day since it came out. It just gives me that “I see a lot of potential here” feeling. Loved the dark feel, and their vocals just slayed me. And the live stage with the intro if soooo good. Can’t wait to hear what they do next!

I love the concept and the song, it's really cool, hits hard and I love it.

The live stage is the best

For me Wings is by far the best debut this year so far. I think a lot of people didn't enjoy the song at first but it growth a lot each time you hear, and the choreography is amazing, you should watch their dance practice there is a lot physical strength on it. Plus the outfits are amazing each stage I have see are really well dressed . I really hope Pixy gets successful, is hard to this kind of concept, but if Dreamcatcher has managed to survive and be where they are now, I think we can help them to, at least a lot of insomnias I now are willing to support Pixy

I'm glad you reacted to this, I was really impressed by this debut! I've been waiting for a girl group to debut with a dark creepy concept like this, and PIXY really came through. I'm usually not one for the aggressive rap-heavy songs, but for whatever reason I'm really into this one. Really excited about what these girls will do next, they're definitely a rookie group that I'll be keeping a close eye on. I've also definitely got a soft bias going for Ella, that pre-chorus have me chills the first time I heard it. She has such a beautiful voice! And it terms of the meaning, the lyrics actually fit very closely with PIXY's lore. They released a two-minute video along with this MV which clearly explains it, if you're interested in watching that in your own time. It's called Pixy - Wings World View

Pixies are actually anything but cute and sweet if you look at the original folk lore behind them. I think that's why I really love the concept Pixy is going for, because it includes the dark and scary elements. I'm really excited to see more from them in the future!

Three of the members have already debuted in other groups. The company staff is made up of veterans from the industry, and they actually seem to give a shit about the trainees.

Lol! I find it funny that you thought they'd have a "cutesy concept" based on their name, PIXY. Like, why? x) Pixes are supposed to be a dark type of fairy, actually, fairies and pixies are supposed to be enemies. They're tricksters and just very mischievous and everything starts to go wrong whenever they're around, which is why when they say "We're the PIXY!" a Chandelier falls behind Lola, but she's completely unfazed by this, same with Sua at the burning tree.

yes it was very similar to loona and dreamcatcher, im guessing they are trying to symbolize a lot of things that are alike.

I really liked this concept…the first comeback ruined it for me. You can’t set up a cool concept then immediately deviate from it with the next song you have.

I have to say when i first heard the song it didn't do it for me. It sounded so disjointed. I liked the individual parts, but it didn't sound like a cohesive song all together. But it has grown on me. That being said, i feel like the MV and the dancing is doing heavy lifting. I'm not sure i would listen to this without watching the MV. Its more like a performance piece than a song.

I agree. It has grown on me, so that I do listen o the song by itself now as well, but I do think the performance is what makes it cohesive and good in my eyes. I think the overall performance just showcases their talents a bit better
