THANK YOU JERRY!!! I've been waiting to see this video and I'm so glad this phone passed your durability test. The plastic is for the 5G antenna, but I think it is a great placement for it structurally since most phones will bend on the longer end of the phone, not the top or bottom. I have the dBrand case. It does eliminate the camera bump, however, the cameras are right where you would naturally rest your fingers when holding it single handed in your left hand. It's not so much of an issue with your right hand, because your pointer finger rests over the flash. So having the bump is actually beneficial so you know where the cameras are...Otherwise I hope you plan on carrying a microfiber cloth everywhere you go to wipe away finger prints and oils off the glass over the cameras.

Drop tests are insignificant for any practical demonstration. there are loads of variables(like the exact spot and angle of impact, spin and momentum of the phone, etc) and it'll be practically impossible to simulate the exact same conditions each and every time even if he used high accuracy machines to drop the phones instead of dropping them himself. They only hold value when done in a large sample space (at least thousands of samples of the same phone)

@@silphate9836 I agree with you, but your comment makes it look like the other durability tests on this channel are very scientific and accurate. Many of the tests that he does, for example, burn test or bend test are not practical anyway. So why not just drop the phones a couple of times at various angles to see if they hold up? I am not expecting him to do highly precise tests either. I believe that he has already done drop tests in the past with iPhone X variants and Pixel 3. It would be great if he continues to do them with other phones.
