Thank you so much for putting in the work, effort, and little bit of fun in this long term review of "Google Pixel 6" It convinced me to...not considered buying it. The bugs that are still on this phone is unacceptable. I mean how is an $599 phone gonna have more bugs than my Motorola G Power 2021 phone that cost me only $189?!?!? May just get the Samsung Galaxy S21 or S21 Ultra with my tax return money.

If you are this good at starting, I can imagine where you will be within a year or two. Keep up these amazing content. All the best.

pixel 6 in 2023. the battery life has been VERY A+MAZING!! AND THE CAMERAS HAVE IMPROVED A LOT TOO! the fingerprint scanner after the latest update has been fantastic!

it's acc hilarious that as soon as the "camera" section starts up, the tech-nerd glasses come on too....great video!!!

Actually it sucks you must not be using one. The features mean shit when you cannot connect to internet because they disabled true 5g. Run a speed test captain I know it all. It only uses 4g since the update they disabled 5g. Still feel cool? It drops calls .loses signal all the time .

@@mikecarr1484 I doubt it's using 4G only since I'm getting 700 Mbps 🤦 down and 100 Mbps up here in LA . I never ever got those speeds on 4G LTE so it's def using 5G . And I never drop calls or lose signal. Sucks ass you had a bad experience with yours.

Great review. Suffered no issues as a Pixel 6 owner. Been using the phone for 3 months. Haven't really experienced many of the bugs mentioned in other reviews/feedback. Updates have helped general smoothness for sure (not that it was an issue in the first place). Software is very good. Only issue is the lack of faster charging (after switching from a Xiaomi with 65w charging).

Even though I agree the length of time could be better for 4k video recording it's good to mention that the resolution was tweaked just because most average users apparently just go with the default and never touch the settings and 1080p video is much longer. Google needs to do better though. I don't do much video recording but I changed the settings on my Pixel 6 and it stopped after 8.5 minutes on 4k 60 due to heat.

I saw that coming when you were dropping the phone. But never expected such a smooth segue to the sponsor XDDD

After a few teething problems bugs wise and a couple of screen protectors later to make the fingerprint sensor work constantly . I'm now really happy with my 6 pro . But yeah it's the slippiest phone I've ever owned a case is a must

My 6 kept on restarting every 15 mins or so and had to reset to factory settings twice before it worked right. Only other problem is lack of gallery app. Still very nice phone, glad I upgraded from 3a xl. My phone overheats too and I do alot of youtube videos

Alot of the bug are fixed the fingerprint scanner was one of the worst, it worked 3 times out of ten, now it's more like 9 times out of 10. The phone now is highly usable.

I find signal a little weak indoors due to the older exynos modern! There aren't any drop calls but Android 12 has this bug where sometimes it won't let you pick up the call! Annoying! Thanks for watching! 😁

Definitely get the regular 6 and save some money! The 6 Pro is only giving you a curved display (which is worse) and a telephoto lens! The Pixel 6 has better battery life too! Hope this helps, thanks for watching! 😁

Too many issues! Did not expect this from Google! I think I'm going with the Samsung S21 FE for the same price. Better value and more stable from what I've heard on other reviews.

The issues faced are purely from soft ware perspective and compatibility of Android 12 not any hardware issues they all will be fixed through updates coming to S21 Fe it looks cheap the UI is absolutely not as smooth as pixels and the battery management is horrible as it ships with Exynos chip camera is not comparable to pixel 6 and it's 100 dolars expensive

S21FE comes with Snapdragon 888, no buggy software, arguably better cameras, telephoto lens, includes face id recognition, better onscreen fingerprint sensor, can be found at same price as Pixel 6 at Amazon, better screen at 120hz refresh rate, charges faster and software comes with a bunch of features too. Pixel has better built, but glass back or plastic back is not an issue for me. Pixel at the moment has had some software bugs, but we can't just compare on something that might come in the future. In the video the guy shows literally all the bugs and issues he is still having!

Stay with the Pixel. If you only knew 5% of what I discovered over the years due to what I do for a living, you would be happy. This is Google's first fully designed phone and not bad. Due to the bugs being software related, in a few months, it will get to be a perfect experience. Trust me.

Never get a phone based on "promised update" that's my philosophy - since the consumer is making a downpayment with no guarantee. It's still a great phone to consider, and definitely a flagship killer at $599, if stability, consistency and convenience doesn't matter.

I've been watching a lot of reviews and reading through all the comment sections for user feedback. I'm still on the fence about whether to upgrade to Pixel 6, as there just seems to be a very inconsistent user feedback. I wonder if its a production problem with the phone. I wanted to try the Pixel for all the additional software features that Google offers but I'm not sure if its worth it if the hardware is the issue. Back in the day I had a Sony Z5 and it was a fantastic phone, however it was riddled with hardware issues with the two main ones being Bluetooth and overheating. I couldn't live with them and had to replace the phone. I'm worried that the Pixel 6 might be the same....

Sigh... I've wanted a Pixel phone for years but have held out because they always seemed so promising yet so plain, pricey, and somehow missing the mark on functionality. So I got onto the OnePlus train and was mostly happy. Of course now OnePlus, while still good, have grown more conventional in price and specs. But then came the Pixel 6 & 6 Pro. Finally Google gets it right especially with the regular 6 having serious bang for buck. See ya OnePlus! Oh wait...Womp-wah... then came all the negative reviews after a bit of long term use. Ugh!!! Not again. So now I don't know if I want to gamble on a 6, wait for the eventual 7, or stick with OnePlus. Damnit Google, get it together!

I went from the note 20 ultra which gave me a lot of problems to the 6 pro. I'm not impressed at all with this phone. I can't hear others, they can hear me just fine. The music audio is GARBAGE. Get into the camera which is zoomed in way too far, wtF¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It took almost a day to fully charge. Many times it'd get to 80% and stop or pause. The screen gets bright then dark all on its own. The finger print on my a52 is better then this phone and the screen gets brighter sort of crazy as I paid $100 for the Samsung a52
