A very good 'tutorial' for new-comers to Pivi Pro. Wish I'd found this a month ago! Would have saved a lot of time working some things out for myself!

Hi Matt, excellent video but is it possible to add more topography to the maps, instead of it being mostly grey

Hi Matt great video, just taken delivery of new Vela and for the sake of me cannot figure how to get more detail on the satnav unless I tap in a route. I would really like a similar screen without having to enter destination. Ive just got rid of a mere and the screen is far better, mine is mostly grey without much colour

Just to add to my previous comments. You do a great job on your video, but next time do one where you get in the car, push the start button and try to use the Pivi Pro and keep the video going while you wait for it to become useable.

Excellent video. On the camera screen can you see the car from above on the bigger picture? The yellow guide lines get in the way, so very hard to see especially going through width restrictions. I have 2021 Evogue. Thank you.

I don’t think there is a way to make the picture bigger but I’m sure there is a way to turn off the guidance lines in the settings. I’ll look into this for you. Thanks for watching!

Question that I have, I just purchased my landrover vehicle, the product specialist who met with me talked about the navigation system and assist in setting it up; he put my home address where vehicle will be. How do I delete and change address to different address?

Interesting video. I am considering purchasing a new XE R Dynamic HSE. With the voice control do you have to press the button or can you just talk like you can with the Mercedes MBUX system?

You can press the button on the steering wheel, however over time the PIVI system learns about your journeys and preferences, so you can than talk to it and say ‘hey jaguar, navigate me to work’ and it will know where you work. You can also load in commands for the voice recognition too. Thanks for watching!

Yes it is indeed, however this is only activated once the car is sold as the customers details have to be entered onto the data sim account, which is used for the downloads of sat images. Thanks for watching!

Thank you for your informative video. I just bought a 2023 range rover sport autobiography. I tried to watch videos from a USB but it seems there's no way you can watch videos. When you connect a USB it says theres nothing to play. I tried with the all supported formats but no luck. It only plays MP3. Does anyone have a solution?

I believe you can do this with the phone plugged in using the apple car play or android auto, but for safety it will turn off when the handbrake is disengaged. Thanks for watching.

Where can I buy this and have it put into my car

Quick start? I’m not so sure. I have a 2021 F-PaceS P340 with the Pivi Pro. I really like the car but the Pivi Pro is so frustrating. Yes, it has a ton of features but after you start the car it takes at least 90 seconds for the system to boot up and become even remotely usable. Longer than that if you want to use voice command or try to access the system settings. There are two places I can see the time but no place to see a compass. It does have a compass in the navigation mode but only when you’re on a defined route. I sure hope JLR can address these with an over the air update.

I would watch out for this being addressed soon as I do know there is an update in the pipeline which your PIVI system will automatically download and install. Several of my customers have mentioned a slow boot up process and passed on feedback to Land Rover. Thanks for watching!

@@mwoncars Thanks for the response Guru. I didn’t mean to complain to you as you have nothing to do with it. I did send feed back to JLR. I’ve had the car for a month now and right after I picked it up an update did installed. Today I timed how long it took before I could use the voice command and it was 2 min.15 sec. I hope this next update will help.

How do I turn the screen back on?!

anyone has an idea if my country does not have e-sims how would the Pivi Pro work. are there any landerover technicians who can reply.

Great coverage of the new system. Some basics please as far too many Forums have ... How do I .... Fog lights, rear washer, check oil, memory seats, etc. New dash would be good to demo too. Media system storage for music. 😉 Would like more voice command such as heated rear windiw on, seat heat set to 1. The less time we need to touch screens the better. We need to drive. We can't use phones but we can used the touch system!

Sounds like your system is crashing. You could try a system restore in settings to take it back to factory, if this doesn’t work, your dealer may need to do a software update. Thanks for watching!

Such a pity its touch screen. They're dangerous to use on the move and who wants to see a screen full of greasy finger marks.

Pivi Pro -IMHO it's a flawed system that doesn't work well,at least not for me.
