    The portal system between my hypothalamus and pituitary is cut, that's why i take replacement hormones for life, it's called Pituitary Stem Interruption Syndrome (PSIS)

    Its a Parker fountain (ink) pen, I use one all the time, being a bit old fashioned.

    So the pituitary gland and liver and the only tissues that have portal circulation (direct connection to the hypothalamus)? And if in a state of ketosis, why is FSH / LH suppressed in women, but not in men?
