"Pitch The Series!" was made when I was attending Renton High School in 2017. The idea behind this short was to parody the treatment of animated shows. I don't recall exactly what studio it was, but the mentally seemed to have been that if an original idea didn't succeed, the network would just reboot an old show, which I didn't think was fair. So, I made this short to picture what it must have been like to pitch an animated series then. And yes, if you know animators well, John Keane (the character Chris Quinton plays) is a mixed between Glen Keane and John Lasseter (Back when he was respected before the stuff about him went public). Hope you enjoy this blast from the past, my god I look so young then!
