I think there is a mistake. I you put the hole to the button the cuff gets higher. If you otut the hole to the top the cuff gets lower...

Great video, thanks! I cut off 2 lines of plastic, and can certainly close the top buckle tighter. However... it's still loose. I do the buckle up to the point that the buckle catch is bending. Any suggestions?

I had the same issue, only solution that's working so far is to cut off top of the thick socks and wear it above the ankle as another layer... I also salvaged tightening strap from old ski shoes to make the process faster and more comfortable. Pretty awkward, but it makes skating much more enjoyable:)

Is it possible to get a different cuff and use it with this boot. I just bought the skate and is not high enough for big wheels, even the zoom boot has slightly higher cuff

we recommand to use NEXT cuff only, i dont think other one will be compatible.

for the cuff height , you need to take out the shell (screw on both outside) and move the spacer.
