Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Tender and delicious, these smoked baby back ribs are pure perfection! So tender in fact, that the meat falls right off the bone! Let me show you how to make the most amazing ribs using the 2-2-1 method.
BBQ ribs are a summer classic and a backyard BBQ favorite. Whether you make these on a grill or in the smoker, people absolutely love them! When it comes to smoked baby back ribs, people get really EXCITED!
But tender, juicy, fall off the bone ribs don't just happen on their own. There's actually a method and a process they need to go through in order for them to reach that state. Using the 3-1 1/2-1 method, I'll show you exactly what's entailed to get you the most amazing smoked ribs every single time.
You don't have to slave over smoking ribs. Smoke them low and slow and let the pit boss pellet grill smoker do the majority of the work
Hope you enjoy this video.

Very nice! I made ribs too. I agree with you on baby backs. I think they are meatier ( less fat).

Love all your videos, purchased my pit boss 1150 per series back in July and you’ve helped me a great deal with all my cooks . Going to try these ribs out, but my question is is the cherry apple habanero very spicy? Thanks again for all you do for all of us. New beginner cooks.

I went off your last rib video last time and they came out amazing. What was the purpose of moving to apple juice this time instead of the honey and bbq sauce?

@BeginnersBBQ 3 st louis racks , on a camp chef using hickory pellets . Not much smoke at 225° . Using smokey woods pellets . Used other brands with same results, not a lot smoke ring . Into the first 3 hrs . Wait and see . Thank you

I am very interested in buying this exact pit boss you have. I have read some people are having issues with temps not holding and the WiFi being difficult to set up. What have your experiences been with this?

The Bluetooth and WiFi was really easy to connect in my phone. I haven’t had any issues with the temp not holding. Once you connect your phone the grill will have a firm ware update.
