**UPDATE** Since recording this video, Judge Reed O'Connor VACATED the Pistol Brace Rule! Oral arguments will still be heard on August 5th on all of the various cases surrounding the rule.
The ATF is still going after pistol braces. They believe that all of the lower courts that granted injunctions got it wrong and that the injunctions were too far-reaching. I'm optimistic that the rule will get struck down on August 5th, but realistically, it could go either way. Let me know what your prediction is in the Comments and don't forget to Subscribe!

No, the rule is being thrown out. Get your 300 Blackout. The rule has been vacated by the court.

You are correct. I had to put an UPDATE in the description, because that happened after I recorded this video.
The ATF has no legal authority to change/make laws. They overstepped, at this point just abolish them and quit wasting tax payers money for a three letter agency that shouldn’t exist.
What do you mean? Its over and done with. Braces are back!

All indications are that the supreme court should help resolve this in our favor - should... Not sure where this all ends - but, I wish these lefties hated child predators as much as they hate law abiding gun owners. I watched a congressman say that braces make it fire automatic. No - he wasn't talking about bump stocks; it was the hearing about braces. Thank God almighty for the gun orgs that are fighting for us. Also, big thanks to this channel and others like it keeping us informed. If I ever had any concerns about the next generation preserving our rights they are long gone. You guys are doing great! Thank YOU! Now, where'd I put that brace...

OK.. new idea for your next video - " movie style - holly Wood - double fist 2 pistols.. shooting 3 or more targets" ( like the Hero surrounded by a group of bad guys) .. you think the brace will show its true colors or stabiity it claims?.... 2 pistol 1 in each hand, multiple targets..
