Ingredients:
For the biscuit layers:
400g Biscuits/graham crackers
2/3 cup (160ml) Milk
For the cream:
2 cups (500g) Cream cheese
1/2 cup (120g) Pistachio paste
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla bean paste *or 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup (120g) Powdered sugar
1¼ (300ml) Heavy cream, cold
For the topping:
120g White chocolate
1/3 cup (80ml) Heavy cream
4 tablespoons (60g) Pistachio paste
For decoration:
Pistachios

I think this looks good. But I am not sure. Maybe I have to try it to find out:)
It is nice and simple to make but pistachios are expensive ingredients to waste on cheap stuff like biscuits to be honest. Nevertheless it lifts up the biscuits ❤❤

Yeah, pistachios are pretty expensive. But if you don't mind, you can make this recipe with any other nuts. For example almond using almonds and almond butter, Cashew, peanut, hazelnut....

It really depends on the blender. But usually after it crumbles, you should keep blending, eventually it becomes a paste.
