The Black Pearl is more than just a fine ship. It is a symbol of freedom, tenacity, grit, unconquerable will (that defied death more than once), and courage. May the wind be with it always :)

This made me jump into the past back when I first watched all 3 first movies in one night. I remember feeling so many emotions at the same time. It still my favorites Disney's movies

I mean there are other pirates and yes undoubtedly One Piece is amazing in its own right. But there's only one crew and one captain that will always hold a special place in my heart. And thats the Black Pearl and Jack Sparrow. Thank you for everything.

I think the first time I watched pirates “dead man’s chest” at the end when jack died I cried for a good 3 hours because I didn’t know he came back in the next one lol

We often live into our memories again due to this type of masterpiece music.

I watched the firs film with a friend on vacation in South Beach Miami. We were appropriately inebriated and thus throughly understood Captain Jack Sparrow's motivations & remarks. What's more, when Captain Sparrow and Miss Knightly are marooned on that slip of sand, and Jack turns to her and smiles and says "Welcome to the Caribbean, love." the audience roared with laughter. We were all tourists on vacation on the edge of the Caribbean ourselves, all seeking rum. _ It was as if the film had been made exactly for us. Amazing experience, and might be the best "movie going" experience I've ever had in my whole life. ( Sadly, now-a-days we all don't go out to see movies anymore - that might be an experience of the past!So glad I did that with that epic film. )

nice song to drift away in thoughts with my eyes closed. Feel the need to smile or cry, its nice to have a song that helps to get into dreams and thoughts. And even get funny and sad memories( not only in the movies)

I know! I saw it when I was very young so I'm sure most of it was lost on me then!

114 dislikes? Who could dislike? What schmucks! This music fits all pirate films, including Captain Blood, which I had going through my head while it played. Flynn was a great actor. The film was more dramatic and somber.

This managed to put me straight to sleep. I normally can't take naps, something about how calm this is lulled my mind into security...

Disney needs to stop making more Pirates of the Caribbean. This is pure treasure that shouldn't be reckoned with. Instead they could make a prequel instead of telling the same story that the trilogy already delivered. The trilogy was amazing. Although 4 and 5 didn't give me the same Jack Sparrow feel. (also the video is phenomenal, you should be proud man)

A great nostalogy and masterpiece

The first trilogy of Pirates films are the type of cinema we won't ever see again. True blockbusters. Complete and utter entertainment from beginning to end. Not trying to be too fancy or doing a bunch of political stuff. Top-of-the-line actors, epic music, the most crisp visuals you can get and a fun cast of characters. These days it's all somewhat watered down in this genre, but Pirates was the last of its kind, as a Blockbuster fulfilling every kind of requirement you could have. The cast was phenomenal and Gore Verbinski understood how to capture a vibe like no other. It was very, very unique and the only downside is that they made every big movie afterwards look cheap as fuck...

Gibbs: but the pearl! Captain jack: It’s only a ship mate.

These were most definitely my fav disney movies. Loved the trilogy. It's still the best. The fourth one was meh and the fifth one was certainly much better...loved the new plot and fresh storyline. Though I wishes Captain Salazar had a bigger role...he was certainly my third fav villian in the franchise.
