Went back to the JW Pepper site and listened to that recording. That recording is accurate with the score. Measure 138 is in 5/4. Don't know what happened to Partituras. Their recording is very good. It's a very hard piece and that moment between 136 - 140 has to be conducted accurately, with 4-5 time changes in 4-5 measures with very powerful orchestration.

Measure 138 as recorded isn't in 5/4, it's in 4/4. It actually makes more sense that way. I'm conducting this with a community band this month and I've been through this passage 20 times. The score shows measure 138 as 5/4, in the recording its played in 4/4 with the last count dropped. As this was done with the publisher's band I'm presuming that's what is wanted.
