I'll never not love the Davy Jones theme. With this theme, especially when he combines the organ with the music box, you can feel that this isn't a villain driven by cold, callous nihilism or sadistic glee. This is a villain fueled by his own pain and sorrow. For who can love anything as beautiful and yet heartless as the sea, and not be broken?

Lex Samreeth Let’s not forget he has to follow orders from a scummy villain who abuses his power to rid the world of pirates and anybody who helps them. Beckett is insane and doesn’t care who gets in his way. That makes Davy Jones even more tragic. He’s pretty much a puppet for the East India Trading Company.

Out of curiosity when does version 1 of Davy Jones plays his organ play during the movie? i know that version 2 plays during the ship scene when Jones is on the organ and will and bill meet each other for the first time but i don't recall when version 1 played in the movie.
