Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End - Ice Passage | Land of the Dead (HD)

Фильм және анимация

Throughout history, any who journeyed to World's End had to sail through this ocean. This frozen landscape served as the ice passage between the worlds of the living and the dead. Sharp blue-and-white glaciers jutted out of the water, reflecting glints of pale light. The water was dark and stormy, and snow was came down thick and fast.[1]
A pirate crew led by Hector Barbossa sailed the Hai Peng through this ocean during the War Against Piracy. Though many of the crew weren't use to the cold weather, they were able to sail to their destination.

2:31 is just beautiful. Not just the cinematography and music but just everything behind the scene itself. All the characters aboard have lost a lot in such a short amount of time span. They’re desperate they’re nearly hopeless. Literally all they have is each other and nothing else. They are clearly going to great lengths as to even sail to the damn afterlife to rescue the one person that can maybe help restore the disarray currently taking place. Again it’s beautiful.

Actually this movie deserves best cinematography, best sound mixing and sound editing, best composer, best visual effects, best storyline and best movie of the year! (2007) For me this movie will be one of the top! Have everything....Adventure, thrilling, action, romance, drama, comedy and Epic.. Stephen Asto yeah i share the same love for it as well! And yeah you know they’re gonna milk it again with a reboot and I can almost guarantee it’ll be garbage. Just stop touching this franchise, it ended perfectly with 3 and as much as I love those movies I don’t want any more sequels to it let alone remaking it. While 2 and 3 are mixed bags for a lot of people, there is no denying the first film from 2003 is a classic. There is no point to ever remaking something that was already good.

Idk how Zimmer manages to capture the epicness as well as the desperation that the scene portrays, as well as the story that’s behind it. The pirate world is coming to an end, and these characters are all that’s left at a chance of at least a little longer life for pirates across the world. They’re literally going to the afterlife to rescue the one man who can help them complete this task. Everything in the series led to this movie

Hans Zimmer take a bow everybody!!! So many legendary tracks. This one is so so so good butI I still prefer Parlay, the one that is played in the beach scene confrontation, Elizabeth, Jack and Barbosa vs Beckett, Jones and Will, where they swap Jack with Will.

I like how everyone except for Captain Barbosa and Gibs are shivering from the cold. I don't know the reason for Gibs but it's interesting to think that the reason why Barbosa isn't shivering is because the first thing he felt in the first movie when the curse was broken was coldness.
