Thank you for the video. Beautiful one. For backseat test of gate or globe valve, the valve should have a back seat bush and the valve should be in fully open condition. With spindle chamfered portion mating with back seat bush in fully open condition.

The amazing explanation i have never seen such kind of explanation before. Awesome thanks, sir. Please could you explain some of the valves identify Field Valve Test .These valves should be tested on site also as per Aramco STD. may be the reason for double checking, there is the possibility of valves may be slightly damaged during the transportation or any other reason. Do you have any idea or experience about such kind of critical valve should be tested in site. Even if already done all the tests in Shop. Please explain verbally. Thanks, sir may be below the valve please explain this under site test TSO control valves, crude recycle PV, min flow recycle valves, suction KODs LCV, hot oil ring spill back CV), MOVs that are used for equipment or train/system isolation they must be tested. Testing shall include at least the DBB and not only single valve. please dedicated post on this topic. thanks

After purchasing the valves from the vendor and keeping them in warehouse for six months, we are not able to install them at the site due delay of activities , in this situation if more than 6 months, the valve whether need to test again before installing to site.
