Aside from screen size, what's the difference between this model and the AVH-2330NEX

Sirius XM does is shaded out on this receiver. Tried refreshing the signal. Doesn't seem its on Sirius end. Had before on the previous receiver. Can you help trouble shoot?

Are you using a SiriusXM SXV300 or newer tuner? Is the SiriusXM tuner properly plugged into the back of the Pioneer AVH-521EX? Is the SXM antenna installed in a location that can see the sky? If so, I recommend to press the microprocessor reset button on the AVH-521EX. You'll need a paperclip or some other small point to press the microprocessor reset button. You can find the microprocessor reset button on the Pioneer AVH-521EX on the hard key panel at the top. How to I get to the menu for steering wheel controls for the 521 ex? I installed a pax adapter, no sound or nenu

I'm not aware of any steering wheel controls built into the Pioneer AVH-521EX. Steering Wheel controls are made through a 3rd party adapter. All programming for the steering wheel control adapter is done at the time of installation. Please contact the manufacturer of your steering wheel control adapter for more information about the operation of that product.

The big question to the Pioneer company why is there so many different stereos looking the same like the 210 n 211 n then there the 310 n more n then this one with is 521ex ?? Looks lil different from the ones I been looking to buy ?????

Here is the big answer for you. The Pioneer AVH-211EX includes a wireless remote control. The AVH-210EX does not. Why pay for a wireless remote control if you don't want one. The Pioneer AVH-521EX is a far more advanced receiver. It works with SiriusXM, Dual Camera inputs, works with iDatalink Maestro RR, and has 4 volt RCA outputs for operating external amplifiers. My phone will connect bluetooth music just fine but none of the phone features will connect for calls or anything like that. What is the problem?

Please be sure your phone is not connected to another device like a headset or portable speaker. This can block the receiver from connecting for phone calls. If you have more than one phone connected to the receiver at the same time, please be sure the phone you want to use to make the call is the active phone. When your phone is connected to the receiver through Bluetooth, and your pickup your phone and make a phone call, what is displayed on the in-dash receiver screen? I'm not sure what you mean. Hi, Will "AXXESS ASWC-Toy-LEX Steering Wheel Control Interface Adapter for Toyota/Lexus" work to enable steering controls on my 2006 lexus ls 430 ? (not able to post the amazon link. It ends up deleting my comment). My system was installed but none of the steering wheel controls work. Pls suggest.

I'm not certain what your question means, so I'll try to be very clear. I'm not aware of any additional fees that are paid to connect your phone to a Pioneer receiver through Bluetooth. However, this does not make your phone free to use. When using your phone, normal phone call, messaging, and data rates for phone usage will apply. When using your phone connected through Bluetooth to a Pioneer receiver, normal phone call, messaging, and data rates for phone usage will apply. This means, if your phone is connected to a Pioneer receiver through Bluetooth, you'll pay your normal rates for any phone call you make or receive, any text message you send or receive, and any data you send and receive. Just because you are using Bluetooth you do not incur additional fees beyond what is a normal part of your phone bill. The Pioneer AVH-521EX will charge a phone that's plugged in through USB. You can see the USB port on the back of the receiver here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/pJpsp8t9Y8m-Y84.html There is a USB extension included in the box with this receiver. During the installation many people like run the USB extension cable to the vehicle's glove box or maybe the center console. This keeps the cable out of the way and yet easily accessible to the driver. Why does it fast forward on bluetooth all the time once u try and higher volume

What is the model number of your Pioneer in-dash receiver? That's not normal operation. It sounds like you are using a steering wheel control adapter that is plugged into the wrong port on the back of the receiver, or is programmed incorrectly. If you have Pioneer AVH-521EX I recommend to press the receiver's microprocessor reset button. You'll need a paperclip or some other small point to press the microprocessor reset button. You can find the microprocessor reset button on the AVH-521EX at the top of the hard key panel beside eject. That may correct the issue. If not please be sure to check the steering wheel control adapter for proper installation and programming. You can find more videos on Pioneer's KZread Channel here: kzread.info

If the video output is connected to a rear screen, will video work on the rear screen when driving ?

On the Pioneer AVH-521EX, the video output is designed to be used with a rear monitor that is not in view of the vehicle driver. The rear monitor can show a video playing from DVD or USB while the vehicle is in motion.
