Is there a CA-C3AV type cable with a micro-usb female at the other end ? Pls let me know. This would enable just one chord to be connected from the phone to this cable, without any further converters or adaptors. Thanks

We do not offer a cable with a micro USB connection on one end and an audio/video connection on the other.

If you do, we need to know if it came with the Boston Acoustics sound system. Also, does it have steering wheel radio controls that you want to keep working with the Pioneer radio?

I have the same radio But for some reason the weblink is no where on the radio Am I missing something?

Plug your phone into the USB port and then push the button below the home button. This button turns off the screen when your phone is not plugged in, but activates the Weblink when it is plugged in.

It is not possible to upload your own custom wall paper or background. The only choices are the preloaded options

Can you read and send texts by voice command?

Yes it has voice control for both Android and Apple smart phones

I bought mines open box, when I press the microphone butting it tells me that the feature is not available on my device. I also cannot receive text messages on the radio. What am I missing???

No that does not feature Apple CarPlay or Android Auto for using map services.

That is most unusual as this receiver can read the ID tags from MP3, WMA, and AAC files to display that information. I recommend contacting technical support for troubleshooting help. If you purchased the receiver from us, we recommend contacting our technical support for help. If the receiver was purchased elsewhere and they cannot help, we recommend contacting Pioneer's support for help resolving the issue.

That's an older, discontinued model from Pioneer that unfortunately did not support Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.

How do you get rid of that big stupid square of pic of phone and bluetooth bars
