Her songs are perf for a breakup. Her songs are so soothing and make the nagging thoughts and regrets in the back of your head go away for just a moment. Ly pinkpantheress

I feel like I can relate to this song. The MV was beyond perfect and captures the emotions of a past relationship so well. Being with someone you would quite literally go to the ends of the earth for, the relationship not working out because of some random unexpected event, and you are left to deal with all of the pieces. Some breakups are like trying to put a shattered piece of glass back together. I loved the doors in the end. You realize that you had a dream of the person you love/loved and what you imagined they would be like, and then there is the reality. Both are exceptionally painful to face after-the-fact. And the fact that this song captures the emotions of loving someone unconditionally despite all of the brokenness that is there/occurred. Some people you will just love forever, even if you never talk anymore. This was absolute perfection.

The message in this is very real and deep. Its a question we ask ourselves. What is on the other side of all of the things I feel so deeply? What is that world? The rabbit hole. Pinkpantheress becomes Alice and has to confront the many realms in her mental lanscape. Heaven Knows being a door is whats so peculiar. Is it that she walks through this door after passing the rest cause it doesnt really matter? Is she thinking of it in a way where she gets to convene with the afterlife, which would make sense cause throwing all her sentimally valued items in the hole means she knows she cant come back after she discovers the answers to what truly lies deep in her soul. Awesome concept for a video.

god... i'm still processing a breakup and this song just hits to the core, i've been listening to it over and over for the last few days. The chorus is so beautiful, but feels like a death sentence. I want to believe that I will find love again, it's so hard after losing something so special. The only ways I've been able to make sense of things make me feel really bad, like i was emotionally manipulated by this person who claimed to care about me so much. I don't even think they realize how much they affected me. I want to yell at them, and I want to cry into their chest. it's been making me feel so crazy. this song is both helping me channel those emotions but also making me even sadder

I went through a similar breakup almost 5 years ago. This song makes me think of them, and I still think of them daily. The painful reality is that you may never truly get over them. You just have to keep moving forward. It will get easier, but it is okay if you realize that you will always be in love/love this special person. Even if they hurt you so, so much. What that says about you as an individual is so special. That you have the capacity for unconditional love whilst still only accepting what is healthy and true for you. It is all going to be okay

This is coming from someone who dabbles a little in music making mainly composition and loves extreme music like death and black metal. This is some fucking amazing shit. This woman is talented and I’m definitely diving into her work
