BEST FREAKING CONCERT EVER!!!

Greatest band of all times.They will be listened to,as long as mankind survives.

BEST CONCERT I have ever witnessed in my life...HANDS DOWN... 1988...The Coliseum in Ohio...three nights straight, SOLD OUT...went Friday, Saturday, & Sunday...I do not have the words to describe it...YES...THAT GOOD...!!!

Guy Pratt is just simply phenomenal!

Saw this tour in 1987, Carrier Dome, Syracuse NY. I've seen the best, some in duplicate. This was something to hear and behold. No one had ever put anything like this together, ever. And they never will. The greatest concert I have ever seen. I went with my two brothers and 10 friends. Once in a lifetime opportunity. Unforgettable.😎

I was at Versailles France concert on the june 22 1988. Magic, facing the wonderful castle. Unforgetable.

What a privilege. I discovered Floyd in the early 00s and have never had the chance to see them. In my opinion this concert is when Gilmour is at his absolute best. Absolutely amazing!

@@matthewshanahan7009 Seeing either of David, Roger or Nick Mason's solo concerts now are the closest we can get to Pink Floyd live performances. Although Nick Mason only does pre-Dark Side of the Moon set lists.

The concert in the Goffertpark in Nijmegen was the best live concert I have ever seen or heard. What a band and what a creative energy from Gilmour, Wright and Mason. There will never be a band to match this again.

After the Beatles I went to 40 years of concerts! This comeback in 1989 in Vancouver was breathtaking!!! I was also at Dark SOT Moon and Elton's Yellow Brick Road in 1973. What a year grade 10 was!!!

Simply unbelievable! They are the best, Pink Floyd forever...

The best of all time!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the pleasure of seeing them twice in the '70s - Dark Side of the Moon and The Wall tours. Remember both to this day.

Thank you!! I keep hoping they'll release this concert on DVD? I own the VHS, but have never been able to buy it on DVD and obviously can't watch it on VHS since I haven't owned one in 20 years. Also why is "The Great Gig In The Sky" not on the actual album? I own both the vinyl and CD versions of this album but "The Great Gig In The Sky" is not on the albums. Why? It is the GREATEST LIVE PERFORMANCE OF THE SONG EVER!

struckgold2010 You do know that there are companies that will transfer your VHS over to DVD? I’ve done it here in Stockholm, Sweden so you should be able to find it where you live. Good luck.

Такой музыки больше не будет, увы... Была на их концерте в Москве в Олимпийском примерно в 2010-м году, могу ошибиться. Единственный концерт. Исполнялась "Стена". Студийная запись - ничто. Молодцы, нечего мне добавить. Обожаю с юности эту группу, мне уже скоро под 70. Вот такие дела...

@@hemicoupe2539 That is probably right but these guys where musical geniuses and changed music forever during my lifetime. Playing a song someone else wrote and making new music is something completely different, I could not do either if my life depended on it.

Beautiful and superbly played, at times orchestral and magically wonderful music, that will live on,as such,forever and a day 🎶 🎶 👍.

I was at both nights of this concert at Wembly stadium in London, best sound system I ever heard, and the lights and lasers were out of this world, not to mention the music itself. Will never forget it.

Will never forget that tour. Had just handed in my final dissertation at uni and I was finally free to breathe and enjoy their music. Saw them twice in Italy, in Modena and Monza. I could argue that some of the arrangements used in the subsequent "Division Bell" tour were better (Time, for example), but who cares? Thank you for sharing.

Esto es lo que debería escuchar por primera vez una civilización extraterrestre para hacerse una idea de las cotas que es capaz de alcanzar el ser humano, y no los Beatles ni los Rolling, con todos mis respetos. Llevo toda mi vida viendo este y otros conciertos de Pink Floyd una y otra vez y cada vez me parecen más insuperables. Soy del 80. Gracias a conciertos como este soy un melómano, y no un cabeza hueca con el gusto musical de un gusano de esos que vagan por las calles hoy día creyendo que saben lo que es música. Pink Floyd bien se merece que te tatúes el cuerpo entero con ellos. Esto es acojonante incluso hoy día.

Écoute après écoute , aucune lassitude. Toujours l'impression de découvrir ces chansons, cette musique. Et toujours se frisson qui parcours mon épine dorsale. Un de mes plus grands regrets est de n'avoir pas pu concrétiser ma venue à Versailles. Un soucis de billet , et de ma province, de ma jeunesse, je n'avais pas imaginé qu'il aurait suffit d'un peu de culot pour trouver ces sésames à l'entrée. Certes depuis j'ai pu voir D. Gilmour et N. Mason, mais j'ai raté les deux ensembles avec le regretté R. Wright. Je me satisfais donc depuis de tout les moyens d'écoute. Là c'est youtube, mais dans la voiture est glissé le double album live, parmi d'autres ...

Je partage tes regrets Xof24, du haut de mes 58 balais...cette musique est juste biblique, spirituelle et intemporelle et même si comme toi je n’ai pas eu la chance de rencontrer directement les dieux sur scène, la voix de Gilmour et ses mélodies me transportent encore et toujours vers un petit coin de ciel quelque part très loin d’ici, vers un lieu reposant et rassurant où j’aime me ressourcer...Ce groupe a su sublimer son art, espérons que les prochaines générations puissent saisir la valeur de cet héritage...

Extremely high quality. I hate to say that without Roger the band looks like they're having so much fun. His genius is missed, but the rest of the guys did quite well.
