Это успокаивает,погружает в себя,а для поднятия настроения мне хорошо помогают мантры,которые поются как песня и они бывают на разные мелодии,можно выбрать на любой вкус.Сенсэй на ютюбе например и ютюб потом предложит и других блоггеров.Включаю как фон и делаю свои дела.ТВ вообще не смотрю один негатив.

Duality is an expression of Monality ... it is the completion of the circle of life itself, where love expresses itself from monality into duality that it may multiply and continue to expand/evolve infinity ... thus, it is the paradoxical necessity of love itself creating itself over & over infinity to be an expression of what it is. It is the isness of love ... what is beyond the isness of love? Only that which is greater than love itself ... some call that God, others Consciousness, (the titles are too many to list) ... it is the that which is before/beyond the stillness from which time/space/love flow. It is that which can not be expressed fully in word/thought/feeling.

I’m new to frequency healing, I stumbled down a flat earth rabbit hole and found my way here. I’m so glad I did. Is it me or does the first 5 minutes draw tears, no thoughts just tears, beautiful loving tears. Within ten minutes I felt heavy and weightless all at the same time, I don’t think I’ve ever been more content and relaxed in my entire 50 something years on the earth’s plane. Thank you for giving my soul something it didn’t know it needed. May everyone who hears this feel as enlightened and the peacefulness it brought me. 🙏🏼💞

Esto es maravilloso.. antes de un minuto de escucharlo ya sentí lágrima q querían fluir, pero de bienestar físico y paz mental.. nunca lo había sentido con ninguno de los muchos audios que he probado.!

Спецальная стимуляция может зто сделать,но....не каждый готов для этого. Может быть не очень хорошие последствия. С собой работать надо.
