Pinch of Nom Creamy Garlic Chicken

This is the Pinch of Nom Creamy Garlic Chicken recipe which I prepared following a chat with my friends at Slimming World.
I have to say it was absolutely delicious and the recipe made enough for three, two if your hungry!

    Great video. Ive made this a few times and im doing it again now. Made me laugh "sh*t loads of mushrooms" then ur there sipping ur wine lol. I love videos like this where its more fun than all serious plus uv mentioned sins and free items. Please do more like this!!! Thanks. Stay safe

    One of the best dishes I've ever tasted I have made it twice and my ain't made me it and I still can't believe there is no actual cream on it zx

    I made this but i added some pasta to cook in the juice and when i added the cream cheese i used the aldi fat redused garlic n herb cream cheese.

    We made this for dinner this evening. It ok, a little salty, possibly the stock cubes! Great video, really helped because we didnt have recipe!!!

    Looks amazing and going to do it for the weekend, Great easy to follow video but please ditch the annoying background music, you really don't need it.

    Hi Joanne, this is the base recipe from the Pinch of Nom Cook Book: Serves 4 400 gms chicken breast, thinly sliced Salt and Black pepper 1 Tbspn Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbspn White wine Vinegar 1 Tbspn Dijon Mustard 400 ml stock (1 beef stock in 280 ml boiling and 1 chicken stock pot together) 1 onion, thinly sliced 250 gms Button mushrooms, thinly sliced 3 garlic cloves, crushed - i used 8 175 gms low fat cream cheese - Philadelphia or Quark, substitute with equivalent products if not available in you country of origin

    Try letting your food cook instead of moving it about constantly.. you damage the food as well as losing colour. Just toss the pan ever 30 seconds ...

    Yep, but it's a lifestyle change as well. Was 15 stone 3 pounds. Now 12 st 7lb. Thanks to Slimming World.
