I stumbled on to your channel while searching Mora knives, and stuck around for your "how-to" video. I'm pushing 70, your shop, workarounds, and craftsmanship take me back 40 years. . . You have damn good reason to be proud of your workmanship. . . !! Simply beautiful! Oh, and I enjoyed your sense of humor. Thank you
Yes, the hammer juggling certainly deserves the Thumbs Up! 🙂

its really nice to see someone making things with whatever they can find or make to do the job with rather than saying go out and buy this $500 machine and this $300 dollar machine and dont forget this $2000 dollar machine and you can do it too. very nice job and love the ingenuity in your tools and ideas.

Thanks, I really appreciate it. Im always trying to do things on the cheap, partly because it's a challenge and mostly because my Mrs would kill me if I spent all our money on tools 😂 All the best mate. Skye
Looks fantastic. Thank you 👌👌👌👌

I've wanted a Helle Sigmund for quite a while because of the beautiful handle they come with. Your video just saved me over $200! Thanks brother!

I bought couple of blade blanks and made two custom knives using similar technique. I used a home made mini press (2 pieses of wood, 2 threaded rods and 4 butterfly nuts with washers) to keep everything tight while drying. For the shaping I used a cheap belt grinder. Then I finished them off with the stripes of sandpaper. Both knives turned out great! I gave the first knife to my father and the second one to my best friend. I can tell by their reactions how much they appreciated the gifts. Great video! Liked and subscribed immediately 👍👌🔪
Cool video, very nice workshop and it managed to Epoxy my attention till the end.

Well done! I really like the style of wood choices. Looks great.
Thanks for making this great entertaining video - I loved it. Just been gifted a SS Companion by a mate who does contract gardening. He treats them like heavy duty Stanley knives, and buys 3 or 4 a year. I've re-polished and sharpened the blade and found a nice bit of mahogany in the wood box and a bit of black micarta, so you inspired me to try giving my beater knife a decent-looking handle. Your video has potentially saved me many hours of pain. Thanks again, and I've just subbed your channel..
Really good video! I'm thinking about trying my hand at it. Thanks for sharing!

You can buy mora blanks for even cheaper. Lots of great tips in this. Cool work shop too. Woo hoo, I have those lil multimedia speakers gathering dust too, and that linseed oil! Cheapest stuff I could find. The cap does get stuck pretty solid lol
