Honestly, no exaggeration, Karl Pilkington is a national treasure. Ricky might've created The Office and Extras and done a lot of great comedy and ruffled a few celebrity feathers in Hollywood, but his best ever contribution to the world was introducing the world to the wondrous and magnificent King Karl Pilkington

just to know, Karl isn't a character at all, its just him. makes it 10x funnier

Jake Lol Yeah, pretty much. I’d imagine Gervais made a few mental notes about what subjects to talk about, (I’m sure he had back sack and crack prepared) but Karl didn’t have a clue, he was just being Karl.

There’s this Tv show called ‘An Idiot Abroad’ that’s got Karl and Ricky in (Karl’s the ‘idiot’) where he sends Karl travelling to various places he knows he’ll hate just because Karl complains about everything, I’d highly recommend it, it’s proper funny

When he said "wonder if Karl Pilkington has been in anything else That's good" everything with Karl is golden

He's Karl Pilkington. He was a producer for Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant's radio show. They both found him funny so got him talking on the show and used to try and annoy him constantly. They've been friends ever since. Check out "The Ricky Gervais Show" - its' basically just clips of them laughing at the crazy things Karl Pilkington says. :D

Loved seeing you discover karl

Ever since meeting Karl on the xfm radio show, Ricky Gervais has been on a quest to expose the world to Karl Pilkington. It's so funny listening to that show and hear Gevais crack up every other minute. I listen to those episodes every time i do chores around the house and laugh my ass off every time. Especially Karl's Diary is amazing, they got him to legit write a diary and he filled it with trivial nonsense and it's a true masterpiece. He first got Karl on film as a bonus feature on his comedy special dvd. It's called Meet Karl Pilkington i believe and it's hilarious. Also 20 minutes long but just as worth it as this.

Guys, Karl appeared on the Ricky Gervais show, there are some incredible clips from that if you want to react to more from him! Keep up the good work and stay safe 👍🏻

Karls diary, its a few hours long, but it's full of absolute gold.

So glad you guys discovered Karl by accident. He's hillarious. I've listened to every episode of their old XFM radio show and podcast multiple times, it's just ideal to listen to when you're doing some gardening or whatever. Besides their animated podcast clips there's also some shorts on youtube with Karl. Like "meet Karl Pilkington" or "Karl Pilkington made to watch brokeback mountain", perfects shorts to react to.

No person has brought more joy to my life than Karl. I discovered him on the XFM shows when I was around 18 and have been listening to the XFM shows and podcasts every single night for maybe the past 15 years. I know them almost word for word and still laugh. Half of Rickys career is taken from things Karl has said over the years. I think you guys have a great reaction channel by the way!😁 Despite Karl’s ‘Manc’ accent, you still manage to understand what he’s saying and also manage to understand really obscure parts of the videos. Very true what you said about customers. I worked with selling electronics for many years, in store. Some people really just want you to tell them what they need and don't even bother to try and think for themselves. Good customers though, since you can pick and choose and sell something with good margin 😂
