Piles of Plumes! Cutting Specimens of Yellowstone River Plume Agate & Plume Jasper

In this one, we FINALLY tackle the long awaited plume video! I had started this one during the summer, but realized my saw was too small to do them justice. Skip ahead months later and now we have a slab saw, so the time is now! Plume agates are phenomenally colored and patterned agates that are found throughout the world, but are very uncommon in Montana, though they CAN be found along the Yellowstone River if you know what to look for! I hope you all enjoy this one, and I will have another one out very soon!

Okay, so first...your production is getting better all the time. Well done :) I think my favorite ones were the green ones and the gorgeous one you cut two faces on. Just jaw dropping. You're pushing me to take a nice long trip to Montana this summer to see what I can find. I'm in Oregon and there's plenty here that's gorgeous; including our own plume in East Oregon on the Idaho line. Saw the weather forecast too. The snow sucks, but it's been horribly dry the last couple years, so this is a blessing in disguise. Be well, looking forward to the next one!
