Pilates for Sciatica

If you've every dealt with SI pain you know all too well the frustration that debilitating pain can bring. In this session I'll guide you through some of my go-to Pilates exercises I've used with my clients, and even myself, when dealing with bouts of SI flareups. We'll focus on creating more stability in your pelvis and releasing built up tension. Feel empowered by incorporating these exercises into your everyday to calm your body.

    I’m a newbie to Pilates. I’ve been attending classes twice a week for the past 8 weeks.     Hello I’m dealing for the first time in my life sciatica issues . I do Ike this short video and that I didn’t have to lie flat the entire session. If you have more sciatica video sessions or other recommendations for sciatica I would love to view/see. Thank you 😊
