also some enemies like the jumbo bulborb was also mentioned in the normal enemy list

11:53 Puffstool and Toxstool have 15000 HP, higher than Foolix (who has 12000). Also technically the Ancient Sirehound has 45000 HP but it’s just 9k per phase

Toxic stool is more dangerous than puff stool because they poison the pikmin which is arguably better than confusion when the boss doesn't have good offensive attacks

Now that I think about it poison really is more of a thorn in the rear this time around. That said though I kinda feel like you really don't have to take elemental damage very seriously this time around. If you want to see a real nightmare scenario just look at Pikmin 1 & 2 where electricity means install kill, bombs killed everything in a radius and for chuckles would rain down everywhere in many caves not to mention those special caves that had a special set of bombs that only dropped when you were actively transporting treasures. Rants aside though toxic stool was more painful due to the surroundings really but puff stool kinda depends on the surprise factor of the player not knowing what they're getting into so if you already know what you're doing then the toxic stool going to be the worse of the two because the puff stool like practically any enemy without a specific elemental defence mechanism (is on fire, make big poison clouds, etc) you can just steam roll it with purples (seriously though purples are op and with otachi they're dame near gods).

I love bug-eyed crawmad it may not be the strongest of enemies but it is very fun to fight and also it has different types of Pikmin to deal with it though all Pikmin can deal with this guy I would say it's much easier to use blues pinks or yellows blue cause it is normally in water pinks cause you can just charge it's eyes and they can get to it's underbelly when it flips over and yellows cause they can be thrown high up onto it's belly when it's flipped over. Which makes for a great mini boss also it's design is really cool! (it should definitely have a health buff or something)

for those who are struggling/struggled with empress bulbax's 3rd encounter, have at least 30 rock pikmin in your squad, the reason it works is because her rolling is useless againts the rock pikmin since the arena ground is soft and the reason for having 30 of them is because a few will be eaten by the bulborb larvaes. as long as you have enough rock pikmin in the arena, the fight will be cake walk. i only say this because i beaten her using this method (9:59-10:35)

Low key when i saw this i was scared they might screw it up just like they did in the last pikmin boss rankings (The one that put borrowing snaggret above pikmin 2 man at legs)

No way you placed the Groovy Long Legs above the Waterwraith 💀, also you can quickly kill the sovereign bulblax with 100 White Pikmin and Ultra Spicy Spray

Waterwraith is one of the easiest bossess seeing as with just 1 pikmin you can pretty much permanently stun it.

Does anyone else feel like Pikmin 4 is lacking in sound design overall compared to Pikmin 2? It seems like they went for more realistic sounds instead of the Nintendo-esque sounds we've come to love. Just compare the plucking noise, or how the bulborbs sound. Pikmin 2 also had some little things I appreciated that were absent in 4, such as the vibration sound when you got close to a treasure.

If I had to say which damn boss destroyed my army so fast... I would say the emperor & empress bulbax... Specially the empress as she freakin rolled on the smol cute pikmins :c

I would rank the toxtool higher because it has the ability to revive moldy enemies and create sticky mold.

Pikmin types weak to powerful would be fun with Oatchi counting as a Pikmin but would make him obvious gold metal.

Not sure if they would separate each Pikmin based on usefulness from each game, but average the varied powers. Also, not sure if in game usefulness fully counts as being more powerful; it might be combat potency that is the main function.

Nitpicks: snagrets were not in the E reader games. Rock Pikmin can be crushed, it's not emperor bulbacks, the baldy long legs did not change at all besides better graphics, you can use bombs on the crusted rump rump or feed it whites, puffstool and toxstool are stronger than foolix, EMPRESS BULBACKS IS NOT THAT THAT HARD, Gildemander can kill 100+ pikmin I think? You said bulblax right at sovereign bulblax, upon seeing Louie? It was after Louie rode the hound!

The amount of just wrong information and bad prenounciation in this video hurts me!

The Beetle boss and Man-at-legs should be lv 0 they dont even fight back very simple to kill and with MAL all you do is run around under it and continue to toss up pikmin as it shoots also spice juice burns them down. Empress Bulkback in the final cave is a Lv 0 boss you just need to use 3 ice blast to freeze her pop a spicy juice rush her to toss all pikmin and she will die before ice melts. Sovereign Bull black is also a Lv 0 boss all you need to do is pass in front of its face to bait and attack then Rush its side face repeat. Every other boss is a Lv 1 only because you have to run around a bit more to attack. Ancient Sire this would be a Lv 2 boss its not hard it takes a bit more time if you do not have Red, Blue, Yellow pikmin to take out orbs. Last boss that is the only Lv 3 Groovy Long Legs as it speeds up in battle it can kill your pikmin faster when it knocks off your pikmin. And to speed up all fights use your spicy juice.
