It's funny how Jonah is always the one who knows where everything is. Great kid
I love it how your son is so on top of everything. Great job teaching Mr. & Mrs. Rhodes ✊🏾
why don't you add gutters to the pig palace to ketch the water for the barrel. that way it won't get the compost wet. just an idea.
I absoulutly love the boys new haircuts. Now they won't need to spend half their time brushing their hair out of their eyes.
You need a saw bag! Get you a bag to keep your saw accessories in. Spare chains, longer blades, starter fluid, maintenance tools. That way everything is in one place that can be easily tossed in the trailer whenever you need to use your saw. No running back and forth for parts.
I gotta admit I am seeing pigs in a whole new light.
You are getting the routine down pat. I love what the new graze land looks like. Great job with the pigs and then follow up with mowing and cutting down the rest of the undergrowth! Great video!
Thank you pigs!! Nicely done! You guys are probably the hardest working people I know, and it shows in the results you are getting.
I have been reading about silvopasture for a year or so now. It creates savannas which are typically more productive than other ecosystems because they are so beneficial to both plants, trees, and animals. I am doing this on my farm, just in reverse. I have almost no trees and am planting them in the pasture instead of removing forest and growing grass. Either way, silvopasture and savanna ecosystems are amazing. Great work Justin (and pigs).
I like all the boy's haircuts!! So handsome. :-) Justin, you seem to go at a run all day. GOD bless you!
great result in the pasture!. i have great difficulty distinguishing between Jonah and Josiah when they are not together........such great kids
If you put colored tape on underside of pi port you will be able to see from above where the color shows through & caulk it.
One of your best...Thank you all....
sooo beautiful!!! your first silvopasture!!! congratulations
You are doing such wonderful work setting an example for so many of us - silvopasture is the way of the future!
Man!!! I don't know where you get your energy from! Love your busy days.
Seeing the way you use your animals to get work done is just awesome.
You guys are such an inspiration!
Jonas is your right hand man. That’s awesome
Justin, you are an amazing worker and in my 67 years I’ve seen a lot of workers. ❤️✌️
Justin, you would be lost without Jonah, he is your right hand man for sure. He is a great young man. Oh my gosh at the end when beauty is eyeballing your bite, and you look at her like what??? You two look like the kids. LOL
omg that pig rolling around in the muck was disgustingly adorable
Very hard working, your boys! Tell them how awesome it is to see, such great help they are on the farm. Glad they went fishing. Really miss the captions. Love your videos!
You need to invest in some timelapse cameras. Hit the whole property and then some of the other specific areas you are working on changing the landscape. Would make great content
I have to say this one was one of my favs.
Burn your slash to make char for your compost!! Look up the promise of bio char on youtube to super charge your char for the gardens-
Love there new haircuts!! So cute!!
For some reason, I died laughing when you stopped to pet Laurel, in double-time. Taking care of business! Another great video.
Nice video Forested Pasture is looking good
I love watching your channel
Literally cannot wait to have pigs on my homestead!!!
Thank goodness for your helpful, resourceful, savvy, hardworking boys...
My favorite animal you have is probably Donald, geese are great
I love the boys haircutsc!!!
Eavestrough on your pig port could be a catchment source for water. Have barrels to catch the run off. It would also help stop the leaking.
Hi Justin! Great vid
Justin I like to carry a Silky Big boy saw with me when I’m walking pasture edges or trails. I think I’m actually faster keeping saplings at bay with my silky when I consider all the time I use lugging the chainsaw and keeping it maintained. Beautifully edited today. “Don’t eat the lillies” sounds like a rule of thumb for life.
We do the same with our pigs great videos
they look like completely different kinds with the shaved hair! awesome
we had big news about badly treated pigs in Norway today, but i can see here good ways to keep pigs
How about some garden harvests video? Show us what you grow! 😁
Those pigs did great
The boy remembers details better than most adults I know.
Such an amazing way to live
Too cute Mr brown with his zucchini spaghetti....
Looks like a good meal
Did you call your cows the 2 dorks ? Now that's funny
Love those hair cuts
Jonah is the boss man!
Great vid bro I do the same thing but in the uk
You need a roll down rain shade of plastic or waterproofed canvas. Also. Time to run caulk under roof wherever it leaks on pig port.
Get a can of bright colored spray paint and paint your hitch pins and any hand tools that might get lost so they stand out against the green grass. Just of thought . . . .my dad did that to all of his hand tools so they didn't get mixed up with the tools of other workers.
Good vids
Should plant some tulip poplars for shade in the pasture
Gutters & rain catchment for the pig port maybe in the wind?
Skwrench - the chainsaw combo wrench and screwdriver. Always carry it with you when you are using a chainsaw. And don't forget to turn your bar over so it wears evenly on both top and bottom.
Add gutters to the pig port to divert the water.
the boys look so big with there new haircuts
Love your videos Justin! Looks like I'm the first comment :)
I know nothing but wondered if the bulls ran off looking for a cow in heat. How far away can they pick up on the signal?
I'd love to know where you got your milk bucket with lid? Please and thank you
6:33 EEEEEEEEEW Can’t wait till I start getting zucchini. Homegrown is so much better
It is a shame you don’t have a wood chipper so you can add to your chip pile. And you have great kids. Your oldest boy is such a help to you.
See Justin on yesterday’s vlog you got a muscular workout today you got your cardio workout. Very well balanced lol. #EARTHGYM
Sounds like "the hurrier I go the behinder I get!" If I remember, I generally slow down at that point cause there is usually a reason for it. (Other than me messing stuff up!)
Cool.
Wow, all those boys; no wonder Mom is tired. But you've got wealth in men for the future of the farm.
Put your pin on a chain so you don't loose it. The pigs are looking fine.
U need to get a brush hog it would make it a lot faster to open up pasture for the animals
Zucchini Noodles ?
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Put a gutter on the pig pen that will help with the water
