Piggyback is a song to vent, Toxic Gossip Train is just last words. « Fuck you for having proof that I did shit wrong! » I personally don’t take sides in this debate because just saying fuck you to Timothy cause the allegations are against my favorite singer seems fucked up. Yeah I know there’s a lot of proof around the fact that she made it up, and Timothy isn’t exactly a good person, but really rn I’m just neutral, and to me Melanie is Innocent until proven Guilty. Do I think she did it? No. Could I be proven wrong? Absolutely. Did I get proven wrong? No, at least not for now. Melanie has only issued 2 statements and a song about the whole ordeal and it died down. Timothy never spoke up about it again either after that. Timothy didn’t take legal action against mel. It’s only the fans who are still rambling about it as if it made a difference at this point 6 years later. This story will never have an ending and I doubt mel would come forward and admit to having done it / timothy would come forward and admit she lied. So there is a possibility mel is innocent and a possibility mel is guilty. It’s your choice to decide wether your think mel is guilty until proven innocent or innocent until proven guilty. So yeah it’s way different from Colleen’s situation. Colleen was proven guilty. Colleen had lawyers against this shit cause she knew she did it and the lawyers legit told her « don’t. » and she did it anyway like damn go pay for lawyers and then waste this advice on the biggest fuck up of this century 😂

back here again since timothy wont shut up. y'all, timothy only cares about her own accusations when she can either promote her own music, or when she can tear melanie down. she's friends with anyone else who's accused melanie, and overall, she isn't credible because her timeline doesn't make sense, which she blames on outside factors like her icloud being messed up. if you bring up her busted timeline, she starts crying about her being triggered. people lie sometimes, even about serious topics. you should believe victims, but when they're acting suspicious, you need to think critically. we don't know what happened between them and we never will, but all things considered, timothy doesn't seem like a trustworthy source.

Some people in this comment section is so dumb. First of all, you can’t take this case to court, SA cases can’t be settled in court since it takes time and money to do so, and Melanie is richer than Timothy, she can easily win with a good lawyer. Second, why are people treating this like an annoyance? It’s insulting to Timothy and is just disgusting. Third, why are people saying “I’m staying netrual until there’s more evidence” what evidence do you need??? Pictures or videos? And Melanie already said “She never said no to what we chose to do TOGETHER.” Just because she never said no, doesn’t mean she said yes, otherwise Melanie would have said she consented. Fourth, ALWAYS BELIEVE THE VICTIM, it’s always important to believe the victim and to always take their side, you should never doubt them, as it’s insulting. @@Intakelb first of all, Melanie did not refute her statement. She only revised at bc it was taken out of context by so many of her haters. And her newer statement didn't even contradict the other one, it just supported the fact that DID share many different intimate moments together, but none of them were non-consensual. Secondly, not ALL of the evidence was photoshopped. Yes, fans did lie and photoshop pictures of Timothy admitting to lieng, but the fans are not the artist. During the first time Timothy came out with the allegations, her friend who stopped being friends with her because of her, quote on quote, "backstabbing tendencies", says that Timothy was a toxic person and general. There is a whole video on that, and the friend shows text messages between the two, which were NOT photoshopped. In the messages, you can basically see how she would bad-mouth Melanie and basically obsess over her fame and huge amount of following. Btw, these texts were happening while the two were still friends. Go look up the video yourself if you don't believe me. Idk what the vid is called at the top of my head, but I do know that you can find it by searching up "Timothy Hellers friend reveals her true intentions while providing evidence", or something like that. If you can find anything that refutes this, then by all means, feel free to share. I still believe Melanie is innocent. Have an amazing day! ♥️

There is an unknown possibility that Melanie is guilty and this song is just to save herself BUT there also is a unknown possibility that mel IS innocent and this song is in fact the truth Colleen Ballinger on the other hand was already proven guilty at the time of the allegations, so she just seemed like a total idiot. There was a 0% chance she was innocent.
