He didn’t put her in her place at all. He just made her angry so she got up and left. He’s trying to make himself the center of attention. In an interview, the interviewee should usually be the center of attention. He seems to think that being confrontational is a good interview technique. It can be but it isn’t always. Anyone can sit there and repeatedly call someone a liar. That doesn’t take any special skill or talent. If he could have gotten her to admit that she was guilty or reveal something new, that would have been an accomplishment. Maybe no one could have done that but he certainly didn’t. He always asks obvious questions. I’ve never seen him get someone to reveal something they didn’t plan on revealing. He doesn’t build rapport with the people he’s talking to.

I was literally in a car accident car slammed into a tree car caught on fire i was lucky enough to be able to open the door and escape but I went to the hospital to get checked out & the nurse was very friendly up until the end when I walked out and they said I had no broken bones but I did have a torn meniscus in my left knee so of course I was limping and she said "oh come on now he's exaggerating it" I called to complain & the guy the person in charge of complaints at first was taking me seriously but then he switched it up & was on the side of the nurse and said "well she was just joking" but my response was "You don't say that to somebody who was just in a car crash" he again try to play it off but in the end he said he would talk to her cuz I kept pushing it I said that's not professional you don't say that to somebody who was just in a car crash he said he would talk to her but I got the sense that he was not taking it seriously because he kept trying to stick up for her as if she didn't do anything wrong
