It is not debatable.. If you listened to the oral arguments, it is clear that a President cannot order a hit on an opponent. There are many laws that exist that fall under the "official acts" clause. If the action taken by a President is taken solely to benefit himself and not for his country, then it is not an official act. If you wiretap your political opposition, this is not an official act. The oral arguements are very clear. This is why Nixon was not protected as he took illegal actions for political gain. Obama authorized a strike on a house that he knew had American citizens in it. By ordering the strike, he took away the Americans there the right to due proccess. He was not prosecuted because he did not order the strike to benefit himself publically or politically. He made the decision and was protected because it was an official act of his office.

Turn this around. I promise the left will take up arguing the ohterside.

Not seeing how anybody fell apart. Destiny as usual rambled at x2 speed and fell apart like a barn built with popsickle sticks and Knowels showed class and made a valid point. Still yet no'one fell apart.
