Picture Frames From Reclaimed Oak Flooring // Woodworking // DIY

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

While organizing and doing some general spring cleaning recently we found my daughter's old notebook. She must have written in it when she was in kindergarten, maybe first grade. Anyway, this little note made me laugh. It just seems so over dramatic for a young child. I showed it to her (she's a bit older now) and we had a good laugh together.
You may also notice I was making two different frames. A friend's son gave me a piece of art. I thought that could use a frame as well. It's now hanging in a permanent place in my shop.
Thanks for watching!

Another good vid! Two questions... 1. what size clamps do you use on the spline jig? I just built one and didn't think of using those! 2. what do you use to cut the splines thickness down to size? I did a walnut frame and that took me way to long. Thanks again!
