But instead of killing him in week 3, Pico decided to sing with him, which made Darnell and Nene mad. And when week 7 came around, instead of taking that chance to ACTUALLY kill him, he helped Boyfriend defeat the tankmen, which caused them to lose all that money and made Darnell and Nene even more mad at him. So to put it simply, they're basically upset with him because he failed his job twice.
